Had it about 3 months and it stopped working. Will not cook it only toast

Could not get past the chemical smell while doing the instructions to clean the inside out of the box. The instructions said to run it in bake mode for 30-40mins empty and the chemical smell was enough for me to put it in box after it cooled down to return it.

I didn't care for it. It was defective. Took up too much room.

Broke after a few uses. The door hinge came completely off looks like a faulty design.

Says keep oven on standby. Has an awful beeping because it doesnt stay on standby. Cant turn off the awful beeping. Nice iven but the lousy programming makes it not reccomdable

Cheap parts on the bottom oven. Barely used and it must have an electrical failure or system issue because she's "toast"

It was two small for what the intent use was so we returned it I recommend it for someone that needs more space and light use . I just needed something bigger

Very large. Takes up a tremendous amount of counter space. Its duo cooking space makes it very limited to cokk in. Especially my bread baking the purpose of this purchase. I dont recommend

It has not met my expectations because when I turn on the two levels at the same time if I turn off one the other turns off and I have not finished cooking.

The idea is nice, but this thing can't even keep the time right when in sync. Whats the point??? Also you can't just press what function you want, you have to press "Menu" a million times. Disappointed

This oven is terrible. I wish I could return it. It’s supposed to be two things in one, but it doesn’t do either of them well. I’m 100% regretting this purchase.

On day one it was flashing a fatal fault code. Didn't work for me.

Wished I had found out about the convenience of an air fryer sooner. They day after I bought and started using, I listened to an old Rory Sutherland podcast raving about the joys of the air fryer before they were popular. So far, nothing negative to report. Love the double oven feature for cooking two dishes at once. Controls are intuitive and easy to figure out. The smaller oven is great for toast and pizza. Having the probe for getting meat to a desired temperature is ideal. Will be cooking more meals at home now, eating healthier, and saving time and money.

I purchsaed this oven a few months ago, to use in our RV, and it has been working great. Good size and doesn't get too hot for the RV space (we removed our microwave and put this in). I love that we can cook two things at once, and we actually made a small Thanksgiving dinner. One BIG complaint: There is only ONE crumb tray. So even though there are two ovens, only ONE can use the crumb tray at a time- which is silly. I emailed Bella Kitchen and they told me they do not sell seperate accessories. Really lame. I guess I'm supposed to move the crumb tray back and forth for "easy cleaning"? For this reason alone, I would not reccomend it- as there are other options that might actually have a better design.

Works well so far. Took a little time to figure out the settings but has been a real help pulling quick meals and early morning prep together.

This fine item has made my giant regular oven totally obsolete. I live alone and generally I am cooking for one. This double oven is a real workhorse! Solidly constructed and well designed. I have had no reason to heat up myy home with that big old oven. The temp probe provides extra value, because I can get it where I want it with no guess work. This is the best purchase I have made for the kitchen!!

What a great addition to our kitchen, replaces several devices into one. Never had an air fryer and we love it. Having the double up oven is very convenient and a big time saver. Easy to use and clean, highly recommend!

This has replaced my clunky air fryer and toaster oven. The 2 in 1 has opened up so much more counter space in my small kitchen. I love that I can make two things at once, rather than having to cook one thing and try to keep it warm while I cook the second thing. It's very handy. I have never really used a cooking thermometer before but love that one was included. I am starting to get the hang of it and can now try cooking things I haven't made before that require specific internal temps. I'm still getting used to all of the features but so far I am impressed with the many options you can customize, like timing things to finish at the same time.
