The box was falling apart. The styrofoam packing was broken up. It looked like they sent me an oven that had already been returned. Plus, the oven was dented. I felt it as I was trying to slide the oven out of the box. So, we brought it back to the store. What an ordeal. That's where we encountered a rep that refused to accept the return. He slid his hand into the box to feel the dent. Then he announced that it wasn't dented, it was part of the oven. On closer inspection, taking it out of the box, the oven really was dented. So, no more Key Stone Cops nonsense, Best Buy took it back. The one star is for the ridiculously poor service. BTW, there's no way this oven is big enough to roast a chicken, unless it was a baby chick.

looks nice

The reason for the 3 stars is that it stopped working twice now while in the middle of cooking. Not sure what the issue is. Looks nice , its a little BIG on the countertop , but I have it in the corner.

Sounds like a rattling loud generator in your kitc

The air fryer rattles and is beyond loud...sounds like you have a loud generator running in your kitchen. I have tried using it several times it doesn't stop and is beyond loud. I wish I never bought this.

Ok not great

Cooks better then my full size oven

My bella air fryer never showed up

It went out for delivery on dec 3 from kansas and was lost in transit. Which i dont buy. They did not replace it with a new one. Just has left me to pay and not receive
