I used to have the cobra radar but the heat in my car messed it up also i noticed after buying this one that this one has a way largervrange and picks up signals faster. I absolutely love it. I have had it for over 5 months and knock on wood still works!!

this product was very easy t install and to use. this product loks professional ans i will recommend to family and friends.

I have been using this device everyday since day 1. I am driving daily so it is nice to know what is coming up over the hill.

This is my third BEL Radar Detector - nothing bad to say about this item at all - works like a champ and detects WELL before you can even see anything, over hills, etc... never a false alert - ever!

This radar detector for the money is great. It has paid for itself in the first 2 weeks. I am in the medical field and have to respond to emergencies in the operating room. It is mostly highway driving and I usually, if conditions permit, tend to go over the speed limit. Thank you Beltronics. So far I purchased one for my son and one relative purchased one for his wife and one for himself.

Works like it should, a little sensitive to the K band, went off a lot just passing strip malls,Wal*Marts on the freeway.

That's on my experience. I Loved it. Nothing's perfect but all you need is learning the gadget.

This has to be the best radar detector out there. every time I'm on the road and there is a radar or laser trap it picks it up at least a mile away before i'm even in the area. have driven all the way to junction from west Texas down to corpus and didn't get stopped because of this beauty!

Works perfectly as it should. Very few false signals and has a really good range.

I just complete a 2,500 mile road trip while using this detector and it worked great. Notified me of radar on average about 1/2 mile ahead of seeing the officer, never did get a laser alert, but that is not uncommon on the interstate. I paired this up with the Escort - Radar Detector Smart Cord - Black and used my iPhone 5 to receive alerts from other users, this was the real bonus! Alerted me about accidents where officers were and those who had people pulled over but didn't have their radar guns turned on. Great team of products.
