    It takes 20-25 times to get it to unlock. It keeps flipping to red-error mode and fails to recognize the fingerprint on any of the 3 fingers that are setup. Once in a while - after 10-15 minutes, it'll recognize one and open up. I'm no longer using it, have emailed the company Hampton to see what they'll do. I'm so disappointed because I thought it was such a great device.
