Excellent to protect gift cards, durable and beautifull

Card is blue, spends like cash and is easy to use. Disappointed rewards points don't accumulate with the use of BB gift cards. Card should include the backing product (as pictured) that folds into the envelope or card holder. Gift card arrived in a large UPS overnight envelope, nothing else just the bulk issued gift card.

Received a gift card for a trade in item. When I scratched off the back, the pin number came off in a manner that made it illegible. I spoke with folks at BestBuy but gift cards are apparently serviced by some outfit in India. First go, I was directed back to the store for a replacement card. Second go, I was told I would have to wait for a replacement card to be shipped out. Now, 2 weeks later, I am being told to wait another 3 days for the card before the case can be “escalated”. There is no confirmation of a card being sent and no tracking information available. I was told to check with my neighbors in case the card was delivered to the wrong address, but I use a PO box, so really? If the card is delivered to the wrong address, and used, before the case can be escalated, then what? The cards are poor quality, and this process is ridiculous.

Bestbuy really works on its giftcard designs and theme, I can always find the one I need
