Excellent Product for the house cleans well the house

After barely vacuuming one room my wrist began to hurt, I have carpal tunnel syndrome and this was excruciating. The vacuum swiveled everywhere and it was a pain to keep it steady. The attachment tools fall off with any bump and the hose doesn't click into place securely. It just inserted into the other opening. When it's sitting up right it's extremely wobbly and feels unsafe like the base will snap off beneath it, another huge reason I do not like at all. I can already see the tools that will get lost in a matter of days especially when you have small children. But yeah it does vacuum wonders but everything else wasn't grand at all. I will be returning mines back to the store.

Stopped suction after 2 months. Tried changing the filter- still no suction

I’ve had this about a month and it does a fantastic job! And it’s not clunky or heavy either. I do wish the hand held had a longer reach but the vacuum works great (for animal hair and in general) ~ I wish I’d bought it sooner

This vacuum works well, but the black guard on the front marks up my white baseboards. It should not be made of black rubber. Otherwise vacuum works great.

It works very well on my hardwood floor as well as the carpet, with adjustable settings. The hose and wand are practical for baseboards and things like that, but it's not very long for getting corners by the ceiling or on door frames, etc.

I was looking for a cordless vacuum but when i went to look for reviews on other websites they all say it has a cord. Even the bissell website and video shows a cord.

Not happy with the quality of the vacuum. Does a horrible job when picking up the pieces from the carpet.
