Great product for price, water and solution tanks are small so you constantly have to refill, otherwise great!!

I suppose it cleans the carpet. The dirty water was really dirty, but not enough water is being sucked up. The carpet stays very wet. I had to use my previous cleaner to suck up the rest of the water. I used my previous cleaner to clean up dog urine, red water ice vomit, and blood. This item would never be able to get the red out! It only has 6 amps. Most cleaners have 10-12. Returning it.

I had a few stains on my carpet that have been there for a few years, so i tried this carpet cleaner and now my carpet looks new again! It did its job! Well worth the price!

With a new puppy in the house, this has come in handy more than once. Love it!

We have two dogs so our carpet gets a workout. This machine is easy to set up and use and I like the onboard heating as it seems to help extract more dirt.

Our previous shampooer bit the dust. It was also a Bissell. We were very happy with it so it was a no brainer to get another. And so far so good. Very happy with it.

I board dogs frequently. Dog owners are always surprised how clean and fresh my home is. I show them my Bissel carpet cleaner and steam mop. These machines really deliver. I'm very pleased with how durable they are and what a great job they do. I use the carpet cleaner frequently to clean up small messes in the house and in my car. Bonus: I was a regular customer of a carpet cleaning service. This cleaner leaves the carpet dryer because I can do multiple passes over the carpet after spraying solution. The carpet service was alway in a rush to move on to next job and it would take 2 days before carpet was dry.

I purchased the Bissell deep clean machine to clean my church. It did EVERYTHING it advertised to do.

Works great. I owned a Hoover before and Bissel works much better. Love the lift off option so you can clean spots.

It's not as easy as calling a carpet cleaner, but it sure is a heck lot cheaper. Some elbow grease is needed, but it cleans very well--even older stains.

This shampooer is so much better then my old bissell shampooer. My carpets are 9 years old and now look new again.

This cleaner works well on areas of the carpet that have taken damage. Using it at work to clean up soft drink spills and other spills so they don't stain.

I bought this cleaner because I have two dogs and well, accidents happen. It really is easy to use. Set up is fast and cleanup is easy as well.

This carpet cleaner served me well for 4 years unfortunately it died on me. However Fortunately I purchased the best Buy Geek Squad protection which worked out excellent for me. I was refunded my full purchase price for this deep cleaner. I am on my way to purchase the latest model, I'll just have to come out my pocket for of course a protection plan from Geek Squad. Thanks Best Buy.

Our dogs are getting old and we woke up to a mess to clean up. Carpet cleaner works excellent and is easy to use. Clean up for storage also very easy.

I love being able to remove cleaner off base for a smaller portable spot cleaner, perfect for cleaning car carpets...

Went to Best Buy to buy a cheap carpet cleaner but after further evaluation of the ones in stock at our local store I decided to spend a bit more on this one. I took it home and used it right a way. Was super easy to set up and use. I only had to fill up the tank 4 times to clean our basement carpets. Much better than a previous bissell I used. I'm Glad I spent the extra money with the lift away feature so I can clean stairs and upholstery easily.

It made my house look like new again just have to keep passing the area a couple times but worth it
