This bissel is an excellent choice for a cleaner if you have stairs. It lifts dirt very easily and cleans better than any other carpet cleaner ive had.

Love the lift off caddy for cleaning small stains right away. No need to pull whole unit out. Whole machine works great.

With our crazy bunch, we need to keep a steam cleaner at home. This was a replacement machine and I feel that it has lived up to its awesome reviews. I would definitely recommend if u have kids and/or pets Pros: -took old stains off my carpet -can separate from machine and do stairs (if need be) Cons -small clean water tank

I've tried so many carpet cleaners & although the tank is small, this is the most powerful and efficient one out there. None of the others really make the carpet look as clean as this unit, or have as powerful rolls. It's also easy to use and has a great suction on it.

I love this steam cleaner for its cleaning abilities, but there is room for improvement on the design. While cleaning, you can't see if the brushes are rotating or not. The first time I used it, I felt like it was just dragging across my carpet tearing it up. Luckily, my husband was there to see that the brushes were spinning at least intermittently. This thing was FULL of carpet fibers after cleaning with it. I literally had a large dinner size plate mounded with carpet fibers after cleaning 2 average sized rooms and a small hallway. I had to stop several times to dig out the fibers. Then, to clean the machine is awful...you literally have to take this thing apart! Also, the dirty container is awkward to drain and it was also full of carpet fibers that were very difficult to get out of that tank. Other than those annoying things, it works great both as an upright and lift away!

It cleans great! I like how it is easily transformed into a small carpet cleaner for smaller spots. However, the shampoo it comes with does not work very well and I had to go out and purchase a different one! other than that it works great.

This did a great job in cleaning (deep) on a spot I had that was two years old.

Receive in a couple days of ordering. Product was not damage during shipping. Used for first time to clean a spot in carpet. Took a little work to remove spot but did get out and area was dry pretty quickly. One feature I really like is the unit comes apart and will be easy to do my carpeted stairs.

Very easy to use and setup. I really like this cleaner and I've had a few other ones before. Overall it does great with cleaning the floors, I have two dogs and two cats and my carpets get worked over. This is a great device to give them life again!

An improvement over the hoover we used to have. Still new and haven't tried the detachable unit yet, but expecting great things.

Bissell scored with me on this one. The unit performs perfectly. Attachments from older units fit this model (hand power scrubber). You can disassemble the whole thing and clean it. The power unit lifts out of the carriage for cleaning stairs and upholstery. Even my 16 year old daughter loves using this carpet scrubber.

I absolutely love this cleaner! It does and awesome job getting out those tough black stains I thought would never come out!!

I am pleased at the quality of the cleaning. I added defoamer to the catch tank, but still it did not fill. The machine would stop drawing water out of the carpet until I emptied the catch tank and refilled the hot water tank. It did remove multiple stains out of the carpet. A good carpet cleaner.

We have only used it once and it worked great. the only 2 things why I gave it 4 stars are: super time consuming clean up and the removable dirty water bucket needs to be readjusted while on the go. also, I noticed it didn't suck but I figured I can't use all the water at once. there is a little black stick in the dirty water compartment and when that stops moving, no more suction is available. so that problem was easy to solve. overall, it's priceless because it saves money like right away but the cleaning could really be easier. I love assembling and disassembling things but this was little overwhelming. Maybe it was because we were long overdue for carpet cleaning. But I would recommend it to friends.

I used this to clean my floors in our new rental house and it pulled up a ton of dirt left by the previous renters machine.

Nice product, cleans very well. Easy to handle, I really like the removable carry canister, it makes do much easier to clean carpeted stairs. Also nice to pickup small spills. Great to clean carpeting in my car and Motorhome. Would definitely recommend this product to my friends and relatives!!
