really like this steam mop I have used two other steam mops like this one the best only draw back is there is no on off switch

This is perfect for cleaning all types of surfaces around the home - from patio furniture to bathroom fixtures to tile or hardwood floors. The added flexibility of being able to use it as a hand-held steamer makes it that much more flexible. I just wish they had included more than one flat surface pads and the grout brush in the box.

Requires more effort to use than power fresh cleaner..cleaned as expected..I have only used once but seemed to do a good job

This is an excellent steam mop. It heats rapidly and provides a steady supply of steam. I just wish that more than on flat pad came with the unit and that an upholstery brush was available for use on rugs and chair cushions

I bought this steam cleaner to use in our kitchen and great room which both have wood and tile flooring. It cleans the tile very well and gets the grout lines looking good as new and it does an outstanding job on wood floors.

I haven't found a stain it won't remove. We are a family of 12. Everything ends up on the floor. One tank of water does our large kitchen. Recommend purchasing extra pads.

I ALWAYS WANTED A STEAM MOP, SO MY HUSBAND RESEARCHED AND THIS WAS THE BEST FOR THE MONEY.

didn't look like it cleans the grout on floors like I thought. I'm a little disappointed.

I love this product. I bought it to keep the house extra clean. My son has aml Leukemia.

just got this today! couldn't wait to try it out on the really dirty floors. it heated up quickly and did a great job getting the dirt off the floors. some of it was ground in winter crud. came off with ease. had to use the tough setting. it did leave the floors pretty wet. so i had to dry mop after. but now that the grime is gone it will be a breeze to keep clean on the lower settings that do not leave as much moisture behind. i used the grout attachment on the floors. it works great! but the bristles on the brush are already getting wore down. i think i will just get a nice brass bristle brush and use the steamer along with that to save the attachment. i would really recommend this steamer!!! does it's job and more. the list off feature is great for the bathroom and kitchen. and not very heavy even when full of water.

was fine to clean up after pets and dirty tile floors; but, just didn't last. bissell is sending return label for me to send in cut cord and they are going to replace machine which is great. would have been better if i didn't have to do all that and have to wait for replacement so soon.
