Love that you can steam your tile and grout and it comes out super clean.

Really liked this at the onset but it failed to pump after 6 months. Got to the point we were constantly working on it. It's okay but not a long term purchase.

We always used a shard and switched to this model - like it much better

this unit heats quickly and has adjustable steam level, does a great job on hardwood and tile!

This thing is awesome...use the Febreeze disks for an amazing scent while steaming your floors.

I love this steamer, my first one and a great one. Price was great and its performance is good too. The water tank is small, I can do two rooms (tile) on one tank on the highest steam level. Which might be a good feature, but its my first steamer. I still love it. It has great pads too, one has little scrub pad built in. Very happy with our purchase, would recommend it to anyone who is looking for one.

Based on the good reviews, we purchased the Bissell and it does a good job on our hardwood and laminate floors.

I am very happy with this purchase. After buying 2 other brands that didn't work, I purchased a Bissell and found it works exactly as it's supposed to. Has powerful steam release. Also, love the fresh smelling disks.

I made this purchase based on the reviews of others, now I hope you do the same! This is the purchase of my second floor steamer as my first one stopped working (another brand, of course). This is the best steamer I have ever owned!
