This mop works great replaced a bionaire that worked great for 4 year but stopped steaming so far this one works great as well we are a high traffic family with pets

Does everything I wanted it to do. Quick and effective on both hardwood and tile. My hardwood floors have never looked better! No regrets about this purchase. Great value.

This high quality steam mop will get the job done the first time. I am very pleased with it, my neighbor has borrowed it a few times. Now they own one also.

Great Product, it's cut my cleaning time in half. Very durable, although I would definitely suggest buying extra mop pads. I typically use one per room if it's been a while. If my house is still relatively clean one works for the entire house.

This steam mop does not steam very well. There is too much water coming out with the steam, so it leaves a water film

I do like this steam mop more than others I have had. I did buy additional cloths for mop head because I have a lot of tile. I like the 3 settings, use them according to how dirty the floor is.

I replaced an older steam mop I had with this one. This one is sooo much better and I love the ability to use scent tabs in the mop as well.

Love my steam mop. I just had to buy a new one , my old one lasted a little over 2yrs but I use it a lot.

My Bissell Steam Mop does a fantastic job on our tile floor. I love the fact that the steam makes it cleaner and dries faster than sponge or cloth mops.

I am very pleased with this steamer. Overall it is sturdy, the handle is the right height. The steam is powerful and you get 4 steaming pads.

I purchased a home that came with a bathroom floor that has white grout. This steam mop did a great job of loosening up the dirt and cleaning it away.

The first time we used this mop it picked up a lot of dirt our other mop didn't. It doesn't push real smooth over hard wood floors, but it works well on linoleum.

Our older steam mop just up and died and after some research we decided on this one and it has not let us down.
