I was skeptical of buying a 'cheap' steam mop at first, then I was like eh WTH lets give it a shot, whats there to lose. I was simply amazed by how well this thing cleaned! Its a no frills machine, but then again, how fancy do you really need a mop to be? .. i mean i'm not really into putting a touch screen on everything :) Jokes apart.. 5 stars .. heats up quickly, does the job, leaves the floors squeaky clean, small lightweight machine, definitely worth the ~80 odd bucks. Don't underestimate it because of its low price point, I almost did :)

I just installed all new laminate floors and was worried about a powerful steam mop possibly hurting the wood. This one has many steam levels and so on the low setting I can steam the laminate. It cleans well and really leaves the floor feeling residue free and it doesn't streak! Over all, I am pleased with it. It steams very quickly, in fact faster than the steamer I use for detailing my car.

I tried to like this steam mop however it was a headache to use! Upon the first use I had white cloudy streaks all over the floor. Thinking it was from the chlorine in the tap water, I bought distilled water - this helped a little but be warned you must keep this thing moving or within a couple of seconds it will start to discolor (burn) the vinyl.

I ordered this after reading the reviews on all steam mops and because the Swiffer we had used just wasn't cleaning my tile floors. There was 10 years of grime and dust built up and I just couldn't get down on my hands and knees and scrub the floors after 2 knee replacements. The first time I used this I couldn't believe how easy the dirt and grime just mopped right up. No scrubbing or going back and forth over the floors. That Swiffer is going in the garbage! I can't believe it's taken me this long to get one of these. Bissell where have you been all my life???

OMG, I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO A MOP AND BUCKET AGAIN! I am a person who cannot stand to have a dirty floor. In my apartment, I have tile in the bathroom and kitchen and hardwood in the rest of the rooms. I always bleach my tile floors, but it never seems to get as clean as I wanted them. I always wanted to get a steam mop, but never knew which one to buy. After MUCH research, the Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mop always came back as the best on the market. This item is sold on many department store websites, but you have to wait for the item to ship. Best Buy was the only store that I saw in the NYC Metro Area that had the item stocked in store. I put the steam mop together the day I bought it. I was so amazed with the steam mop's performance that I threw away my regular mop the same day! What's great is that the steam mop comes with two mop heads. I use the mop head with the scrubs on it for the tile and the other for my wood floors. The Fragrance Discs work so well! I mopped my floors before I went out to do some errands. Seven hours later, I came home and the house smelled as if I just finished mopping. The scent lasted for another two days, which I never expected. I do not usually write reviews about items that I have purchased, but I was so amazed with it, I had to say something. I even mentioned it to all my friends and told them to buy it as well. AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! This item will change your life!

just got my steam mop and i just used it. Its light weight and easy to maneuver around the house. steam has made my floors better, this comes with a carpet attachment as well.

I bought this mop after being disappointed with another mop. I researched mops and thisone got glowing reviews. I liked all the features on this mop. It was easy to use. This mop's water tank was double the size of my previous mop. On the medium steam setting, I mopped most of my large tile floor downstairs. The continuous steam never stopped during mopping. You don't have to use a trigger for steam. I like how it illuminates steady blue when it's ready to begin to use. It also stands upright by itself. It doesn't have to be propped up against the wall like my other mop. It's also very quiet. The only con is that I couldn't get replacement mop pads locally. I went online and found they are pricey and hard to find. out of stock alot.
