This is the carpet cleaner to have. It works as expected and cleans amazingly well. It is easy to keep clean and empty and the cleaning solutions are effective and dry fast. Be sure to use the cleaning attachments to keep the suction head clean and it will perform very well. Also be aware that it does use heat to dry the carpet and if there is no fluid that can make it sound like it isn't working. It was easy to put together and I literally cleaned my hallways and living room in less than an hour using it and the carpet looks great. I would recommend this and recommend that you read the instructions and use it as instructed.

Easy to use. Light weight and clean better what expected

I didn't want to spend as much for a carpet cleaner, but Best Buy was out of stock of the model I wanted. Sucked it up and bought this one. I've used pretty bulky carpet cleaners and they are no fun. This one is very easy to move around and use. Lighter than most which is a bonus for my wife and me. Thanks.

Works great so far. I’ll be keeping this purchase. Bought it about 1 month ago and have used it about 3 times. It serves its purpose and its easy to use. The only thing that I believe could be an issue is that it sometimes leaks if it’s plugged in and turned on and just sitting there. I leave it like that when I need to move furniture out of the way and I noticed that it leaks at the bottom where the water comes out. Not a big deal though because I suction the water up by going over it a few times. If you have pets, it’s worth the money.

I’ve owned other carpet cleaners before. Most where big and heavy, you got a workout with them. This new ProHeat cleaner is lighter, but does the job of the big heavy ones do but with les effort. A lot less effort. I tried it on half of the rug I wanted to clean to see the difference, boy was i impressed. Now I can clean my carpets whenever my dogs make a mess. This carpet cleaner was easy to use and not had to clean up afterwards. Leaves the carpets slightly damp, not soaking wet like others can do. My carpet was cleaned in about 45 minutes and dry by the afternoon.

Very easy to use. Cleans like a commercial cleaner. No messy clean up after using. The only problem I see is when it is being used for cleaning furniture. The twin roller brushes continue to turn while sitting in the same place on the carpet. You must protect the carpet from damage if you allow it sit in the same place while running

I bought the wet vac with the intention of shampooing my whole carpet especially since my wife & I just got a puppy. This vacuum was very easy to put together & use & it's very easy to clean out after use so I liked that a lot. We had some stains in the carpet & I was very surprised how easy they came up after using this vacuum. It does a very good job of cleaning. My only complaint is that the water runs out too quickly. This is more for spot cleaning and not large areas. I mean you can clean your whole carpet but your going to be changing out the dirty water & adding new water once or twice. Overall, I thing it's a great wet vac.

I have 3 dogs and this is the best carpet cleaner. This powerful machine did not disappoint and is worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this machine.

This carpet cleaner is much easier to use than the rentals. Not as bulky and a much lighter weight. I thought it was a bit pricey, but it cleans so well and i can pull it out any time I need it. No more hassels with rentals & lugging equipment to & from store. Three rentals & I would have paid for this. Well worth the price. Awesome cleaning. My carpets look, smell & feel great. My only problem was that the hose for use in cleaning stairs has several holes it it. Brand new item, fresh out of the box. Waiting for replacement to arrive. I just hope this will not be an ongoing problem.

Cleans the best ive ever seen, easy to empty and add water, easy to clean. Super light to carry. A lot quieter than my last carpet cleaner. The only thing I really hate: hard to clean the rollers because you have to use screwdriver and flathead to detach them. Simple, but time consuming (find youtube video to help). All around, pretty good for the price. Would i spend the extra 100 bucks on the model that has easy detachable rollers? (And probably an extra accessory or additional gadget) Hmm... maybe. Thats up to you to decide.

I've really enjoyed this product. Only knock on it is for a 10x10 foot room, I had to fill the tank 2-3 times for the deep clean mode. It was a lot more than expected. Not as familiar with the quick cleaning method yet, but looking forward to doing that moving forward - and hopefully not using as much water.

I was impressed with the job this lightweight cleaner did. It was easy to use and removed many stains that had been there for years. The only downside is having to clean out all the cat hair with the tool provided. Seems like there should be an easier way. Other than that, love the cleaner.

This thing is excellent! Very lightweight and easy to use. I've been able to remove all stains with ease.

I have owned a few carpet cleaners and this by far is the best one yet. It provides a deep clean and takes stains out of my light carpet with ease. It also is great at removing the pet hair that my dog so graciously leaves behind. I highly recommend that, if you are looking for a good carpet cleaner for a decent price, you try this one out.

It’s easy to use just bulky. However, it works I see how much dirt it picks up and it’s fast.

So far this cleaner has done exactly what it says. We've used on the Express Clean setting only and are super pleased with the results. Will do the full deep clean when we can open the windows to let the carpets dry fully. The cleaning tools and accessories are perfect too, and the little gray hand tool to clean the brushes?? Brilliant!!! Great cleaner for the price, easy to use and cleaning is a breeze, and not super heavy to haul!! Would recommend to anyone!

We got this as our old Bissel cleaner finally died. I am so glad we got this! It works extremely well, came with two sample solutions to try out, and my favorite part here is that there was a sticker on the box that said if you buy this cleaner and go to a specific website Bissel will donate $10 towards a homeless pet shelter fund. We did it, and it was actually a $20 donation :-). Very cool. I got it on sale and with the donation feel like I got an extremely good deal. All in all, we are very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it :-). If I had any complaint it is that Bissel decided to put the power cord right behind the unit so I am constantly either running it over, or I just hold it in my other hand to ensure it's not run over lol. Either way, definitely get it as you won't be dissapointed :-).
