Our dog is getting older and he's having more accidents. It's worse when he has "wet" accidents. This cleaner has been great because all you have to do is put it down and press the button. It starts the process and cleans up the mess. I read all the reviews ahead of time so I knew that it would require using the hand vac to get rid of the remaining water afterwards. However, trying to clean up after an accident VERSUS just using the hand vac to soak up excess water, at least for me, is a good trade off. For someone else it may not be. Also, keep in mind that if the mess isn't that bad, you can just use the hand vac to both spray and scrub directly. So far it's been a tremendous help.

Had a spot that I could not get out. It is GONE now!!

This is the second one we have had in 8 years. Had to replace our first one just recently. Lightweight, easy to use, LOVE IT. It does take a lot of solution that is expensive but works great.

We had an older model (Bissell Little Green Machine) that was starting to not work as well. We decided on this particular model since we have two dogs. Very easy to use and does a great job.

It's easy fast and cleans great don't have to drag the big one out for every spill it's great

I don't know why this product isn't more advertised. It is absolutely amazing and worth every penny! We recently recarpeted our house and got a puppy shortly after. Not the best planning and was afraid of my new carpet being destroyed during potty training. This spot bot is so easy to use and works AMAZINGLY! I would have bought one way sooner had I known about it. Honestly for spills by little kids, pet accidents, it is perfect! On top of using the formula recommended I add an ounce of Nature's Miracle to prevent my puppy from being drawn back to the same location. I've even used it on old set in stains and they come right out!

The Spot Bot works great! Easy to use and has gotten rid of every stain. The containers are easy to fill/dump and reattach to the machine. The hose attachment also works well.

Thos one replaces our last exact same model. The hose ripped and it's one of those items you cannot replace yourself according to Bissel. Calling their auth repair and it was almost cheaper just to buy new. and get a fresh start. Had a couple of these over the years and they're nice in that you set it over the stain, hit go and let it do it's thing. Only complaint would be extrating the water in auto mode because it doesn't do all that well. Still have to use the hose and pull some extra water up. Overall though, it's a handy little usit that does a great job. Especially with a puppy around....

Super easy to use! Just place on a spot come back in a few minutes and it’s amazingly clean! Love this for quick spills or even general cleaning of small areas.

Super cool and neat product. Only issue with it is that the rubber gasket on the bottom of the dirty solution bin keeps falling out with each cleaning. I've almost lost it a couple of times, but I am now used to it and love this cleaner.

I purchased this little machine thinking it would probably do just an OK job. Well I was soooo wrong. This is a little workhorse! I used it for spot cleaning pet accidents in my carpet and was very pleased. I took it to my son's apartment that he shared with 2 other messy roommates and used it to spot clean their carpet where items had been spilt and ground in muck. It did a fabulous job. You will love this little machine. Be sure to buy the proper cleaning detergent for it. Happy Cleaning!

We have 3 dogs and 2 cats. While we're fortunate to have pets that hardly make messes inside, we had an instance where we were away from home and one of our dogs fell ill and couldn't hold "it". I cleaned the best I could with various products, but I didn't feel I'd gotten carpet spots as clean as I wanted them. Seemed more cost effective to buy a cleaner than keep renting a shampooed. THIS LITTLE GUY IS AMAZING! EASY TO USE AND THE BRUSHS DO AN IMPRESSIVE JOB! And it's super affordable when you consider what it does. I highly recommend this product.

This does a very good job getting up small spills and pet-based stains. I prefer to run a second cycle with water and no soap to rinse the carpet. You may prefer to use the wand attachment after the cycle to help remove excess water, but the spot is normally dry by morning one way or the other. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five is because the tank has markings for only a full tank--which is good for about 2 cycles. Markings on the tank for one cycle's worth of water and solution would be helpful.

I use this on our stairs and I love it! It is light, easy to handle, and really removes the spots. Keeps the carpet on my stairs looking new.

Loved it! Best carpet cleaner purchased so far! It's compact and very easy to use, just place it on the stain turn it on!

This is great for anything small. We use it all the time with a dog and 3 year old. Quick to set up and does a great job! Money well spent!!!

We got a new puppy and training has been difficult. My husband found this product and reviews and we decided to buy it. It has worked really well on the spots on our carpet.

The unit works as advertised and we are pleased. However, we had an area that a cat was using and the urine went deep into the carpet and since it was not in an well used area we missed it. Used the correct product that was recommended for the problem but it did not remove the problem. It finally took a mixture of 50% water and 50% white vinegar to saturate the area and soak. However, the unit works as advertised just didn't do the job we needed it to do. Still use it for "problem areas".

This is one of the most needed appliances I have ever owned. It's small but easy and great for messes.

Our new puppy is still potty training. Accidents are now very easy to clean up and only take 3min! My 12yr old son is taking care of it every time without trouble. You can get about 6 cleans out of the machine before needing to refill solution and empty dirty water. My ONLY complaint is that we need to use a small hand brush to lightly brush the carpet or you will see a ring where the automated brushes did their thing.
