If you're reading this, you have a pet(s) that sometimes makes a mess on your carpet that you need cleaned up. Well, this little cleaner is pretty impressive. Has two cleaning settings (one for surface stains and another for stains that may have already set in.) It's a little loud when it's working, but it isn't too terribly. The cleaning cycles either last anywhere from 3 to 7 minutes depending on the cycle you use. Easy to store and clean.

Compact machine that gets the job done. Does the scrubbing for you, so you do not get your hands dirty.

I seen this advertised on the Puppy Bowl. I purchased this and used it for puppy accident, and stains from food or dirt that she has left behind. I have even used the brush attachment, easy to use.

Our aging pets and toddler were causing many a stain. We purchased this unit, thinking if it did not we would return it. After an hour of use we knew we would not be returning it.

Does a great job, is easy to set up. Cleans very well and its easy to clean up and store afterwards.

This thing is great! Set it and forget it. With new puppies in the house there are going to be accidents. This was the only reason I bought it. It gets up everything. My only complaint is it seems to leak when I leave the water/solution in the tank. No big deal I just flip the tank over until time to use again. I would highly recommend for anyone that has new pets that are not house trained yet.

I just received this cleaner and only used it once, but I’m already happy with it. I used it to clean up a spilled drink in my car. I didn’t think the hose’s suction would be sufficient to get the carpet cleaned but it worked great! I purchased it for cleaning household carpet but the portability of it worked for the car... a bonus in my opinion. It’s very easy to use once you breeze through the instructions.

I wanted to like this product as it is a must for pet owners. Accidents will happen and cleaning after them is a pain in the butt. It cleaned my pet’s mess satisfactorily but after a few rounds, it started leaking from its port of connection. It is made from cheap plastic and i guess that if you accidentally drop it, it will break right away. I returned this product, the day after I bought it.

I was skeptical but the reviews did not lie about this small cleaner. I have two older cats with digestive problems so I'm always treated to small stains, and this product has performed incredibly. Fill the unit with cleaner/water, cover the stain with the cleaner, touch one button, and it does all the work. Emptying and cleaning the refill tank is simple, and the unit is small enough to store under the sink. The power cord is also adequate length. AWESOME PRODUCT!!

I bought this spot cleaner to clean my sofa, which I hadn't cleaned since I bought it 2 years ago. It worked well. It's small so it wasn't great for my bad back though.

Quick and easy to use. Does a good job cleaning pet stains out of the carpet. Easy to fill and empty containers

This is wonderful! My second purchase, first one was purchased over 15 years ago. Yes, it still works great, so I gave it to my son and purchased the newer version. Does exactly the same thing as the older model with a little updating to the style and a little smaller then the first model. I recommend this for anybody that has pets or small children. It will leave a circle in the carpet after it has completed its cycle but these will dry and all you have to do is vacuum a few times and they are gone. The only thing I can see that I don't like is that when you place the machine on the spot that needs to be cleaned, the brushes inside don't extend all the way out to the plastic. My old one did! Hoping this is just because the brushes are new and stiffer then my old one and will eventually soften up to make that extension that is about 1" short of cleaning that surface. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We found a great sectional at a second hand store at an incredible price. One of our dogs had an accident on it. We used the spotbot and the pet cleaner on the spot. We quickly realized the sectional was actually in need of a good overall cleaning! Again the spotbot with the cleaning wand performed exceptionally! Now our sectional is smelling clean and much brighter overall!

I purchased my first SpotBot 10 years ago as a gift to my mother they have improved a bit but not as much as I would like to see now with that said this thing works exactly as I remember if you use it on a fresh stain forget about it there will be no remnant of the stain left when the SpotBot is done it also has pretty good results for soil set in stains now I personally use scalding hot water when I'm dealing with a tough set in stain in a commercial grade carpet cleaner but I do not think it's necessary what is really good about this thing is it suction power in the rate at which the brushes spin I've tried to match its brush productivity by hand brushing stain side by side and the SpotBot has beat me every time what is also interesting is I used it as a Shop-Vac to drain my dishwasher it worked perfectly during and after I probably just voided my warranty other than that we own several Bissell products from floor steamers to wet dry mops to vacuum cleaners one of the best things about Bissell is there customer service any product that you buy from them if it does not perform as expected with very little hassle they will replace upgrade or give you your money back no questions asked

We read the reviews on this product before we purchased it and noticed several of the reviews that said the unit leaks. We hoped that this was a fluke because this one had all of the features that we wanted. Purchased it and cleaned great just as expected but the reviews were correct and it does leak despite having multiple seals and no visible cause for malfunction. Returned it.

Have used this multiple times. It does the job. it got out a stain that was there for years.

Easy to use and makes a messy chore much more palatable. Small and compact.

So it doesn't happen too often, but occasionally we won't catch on that one of the pups was telling us they needed outside... when accidents occur the spot bot is awesome! You fill it up with water and the soap solution, set it on the stain and walk away. There is an option for "set in stain" which is for when you didn't notice when it first happened and has dried.(6 minutes) There is also an option for surface stain which you use when it just happened.(3 minutes) There is also an option for using the hose and cleaning by hand. We moved into a brand new build and got this. We've used it for more than just the pets... Spill a drink-spot bot. Done. The solution seems to be great as well! The dogs don't stop to smell pervious cleaned areas, or attempt to remark their spots. The one downside that we have found is how wet the spot is afterwards. It doesn't seem to pic back up as much moisture as we would prefer. This might also just be kind of the norm, as professional cleaners leave you carpet the same way. We have used the hand nozzle to remove some of the excess moisture and have also not and the carpet seems to have the same result after drying. Perfect! In the end this thing is a must, even for non pet owners. Super simple, no time to set up. As simple as a spill/stain seems and maybe you don't need to use the spot bot, why wouldn't you? It's so quick and guarantees your carpet will last! We would recommend this to anyone.

Spotbot is a life saver. I cant beleive we havent had one before. Its so much easier to clean up messes feom our kids and pets.

We ordered a SpotBot that was delivered. We noticed it was a Canadian version of the product, with instructions in both French and English. But it didn't work in either language out of the box: it powered up, and repeatedly shut down after three seconds. Bissell said I could return it to them and they'd ship me a new one, which seemed like a lot of effort. So, we returned it to BestBuy....and obtained a second one. This one was built in the US, and seems to work well.
