This spot cleans well, It is easy to use. easy to clean out.

A must have for a home with pets and kids. The set it and forget it mode is wonderful and the ability to use the handheld hose is great for furniture.

Very good product, but tends to leak just a little, which is my only complaint.

Have a large dog in the house and does a great job of cleaning up messes when he eats to fast. Have not had to clean up urine yet so can't remark on that.

This one replaced a previous unit that had its hose basically come off. Overall it does a great job, but it could probably be a little more durable since this is my third unit, both priors losing their hoses. Best part is, you can clean a small spot without needing to do it yourself. Place it, hit clean and walk away until it's done.

Best product ever! I had a set in black stain on my carpet for years that Rug Doctor could not get out. I put the Bissell Handsfree Machine on top of it, set it to Set In Stains and went to watch t.v. In three minites the machine beeped to let me know it was done and the spot was gone. This wasn't even a pet stain! I recommend this machine to and for everyone!

We have two dogs and they aren't exactly house broken...but with this she loves that you just set it and forget it.

Its a good cleaner if you only need to get out a small spot but not for an entire area rug. Took too long.

Easy to use spot bot cleanup is almost set it and forget it when it comes to carpet stains. A slight deduction for having to clean out machine after each use and because I need to go back and use the hose extraction tool after the automated system is done to really extract all the solution. The automated feature leaves too much in the carpet.

We love the SpotBot. I bought one for myself, one for my daughter and now this one as a wedding present for a good friend. (It was on her wedding list). Everyone who has pets, needs one. I wish there was a full size version in a carpet cleaner. This cleans really great.

It took out the bad smell from my carpet only drawback is changing the tank often if you have use the deep cleaning function.

The SpotBot works well on our white berber carpet to remove cat vomit spots. We don't even use the cleaner, just some warm water. A couple passes might be needed, followed by using the hose to suck up the excess water, but overall it works great!

Works well for small jobs.. We had to clean a large area rug and used the hose attachment as otherwise it would have taken forever!

Our little Corgi liked to use our couch and loveseat as his urinal overnight when he had to urinate. We recently bought a house and right before we moved we wanted to clean both up. We purchased this and I was extremely impressed. It's easy to use, and not complicated to clean up at all. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking to clean up pet stains.

Works great for small spots, but dont think youre gonna pick it up and move it spot to spot you get 2 runs, before needing to dump the waste + refill the water not bad though to pick up poo I used it quite a bit when my 70lb dog decided to drop taco bell from his but thole

With an “older” cat and a “younger” dog, our carpets were suffering. The SpotBot makes cleanup much easier. This is probably worth 5 starts except for larger stains, you must run the clean cycle more than once...to be fair, a different carpet cleaner should be used for the big stains, but I like the SpotBot.

This product works well. I often use my Bissell SpotBot to work on new and set-in stains, it does a great job on both. sometimes I will use the set-in stain cycle and then follow it with the handheld cleaning tool. I do apply a little pressure to help the SpotBot get deeper into set-in stains.

It works well and removes most stains but didn't remove some of the more set in stains.

We had a different scrubber prior to this one. It just didn't seem to work that well. I found this and tried it and love it.

Cleans up wet pet messes. Still a bit of urine smell after, but much better. If you don't use all the cleaning solution in the reservoir, make sure you take detach the reservoir and turn it upside down as it will leak through the machine and leave a puddle on the floor.
