Works great. Perfect for in between deep cleanings.

Does a really good job on wood and solid floors, not the best on ceramic tile floors with grout lines. I use it every day, really great for pet hair.

Like the fact I can vacuum dog hair and not to have to always replace a bag. Our dog sheds hair continuously.

If you want something that can both vacuum and mop/steam clean it is great, bit flawed. First is the disposable cleaning cloths. They are not that great. There is some sort of lip that keeps it from really hitting the ground, stick with the mop heads. The vacuum can only suck up small items but that isn't bad for wood or tile floors. The "hose" on it gets clogged easily and if you do get the occasional larger than a item it can clog the head.

Very excited to finally purchase a 2 in 1 floor cleaner!!! It can not only be used as a sweeper but steam cleans the floor also. Saves time and money!!

Cleans floor quickly and easily. Built in vacuum helps pick up the stray hairs that inevitably seem to surface when you mop right after you run the regular vacuum. Was just what we needed.

The vacuum feature works great for picking up pet hair, and the ability to vacuum and steam your wood floors is excellent.

Purchased this item in February and it worked beautifully. It is better for small messes and much better to vacuum first and then steam, but still more convenient than using two different machines. However, now it is November 2016 and after 9 months of light use, the steamer is no longer functional; it leaks water badly.

My better half was pleasantly surprised with this multiuser vacuum cleaner. It vacuums well on carpets and does a great job steam cleaning the tile and hard wood floors.

You can't go wrong with it. My wife was looking for a steamer to replace the shark steamer that we had. And she liked that this one has a vacuum on it. It works great.

The first Bissel that was shipped to me would not steam mop. The vacuum worked great and the base would get hot, but no steam and no dampness on the floor. So I returned it to Best Buy, with no questions asked. Thanks Best Buy!!! In 2 days I had another Bissel at my door and this one worked like a charm. This is a handy little machine! It's gets the dried drool off my floor...that my Doberman so graciously leaves behind. This vacuum makes my life so easy and my floors sparkling clean!!!!

I don't have pets or pet's hair for the cleaning but I purchased for the extra cleaning. It is great vacuum & steam cleaning for my laminate & tile floor.

I can not say enough how awesome this is! I have 2 dogs and it use to take for ever to sweep and mop now I can do the whole house in under an hour

I love the steam mop aspect of this product. Used the vacuum once but prefer to use my regular household vacuum.
