Great vacuum, steam mop, very practical and easy tonise

The Shark combination vacuum and steam mop does a pretty good job, however, it would be better if it was more like the stand alone steam cleaner with different steam settings. There are times that having more steam to clean a particularly dirty area would be nice.

Like the fact that you can vacuum while you steam.

This vacuum works great on tile which is hard to find.

So this item turned out to be the perfect gift. She cannot stop talking about how much she loves her this little thing. I first decided to go with the Hoover 2 in1 vac but changed my mind after reading the reviews. This vacuum cost a bit more but based on the reviews it was worth it and she loves it so I am happy!

Read the reviews and they were favorable. We have a complete tile floor throughout kitchen and living room and other spaces. We use this more than our vacuum cleaner. It works and then some. Sucks up food and mess from outside while steaming and making the tile look brand new. Totally recommend it.

So I eaither sweep or vacuum daily. We have a dog and I thought this was the solution. However, I still end up sweeping or vacuuming and not using this product. It works ok but I don’t think it replaces the other products.

I purchased this vaccum steamer about a year ago and all my friends and family lover it I had to get a second bease they keep taking mine!! Only 4 stars bc we have a large dog a whwn u have the vacc an steamer on it misses some hair.

is not a good vacuum. cord is too short. steamer not as powerful as expected.

What a time saver! We have four short hair cats and one Maine Coon. To say we battle fur and tracked litter is an understatement. The Symphony is great for cleaning the floors in one pass. It happily goes from hardwood to tile and eliminates the need to sweep before mopping. Love it.

This was not a desired purchase, but to my surprise it works and it works very well. I needed a hardwood floor cleaner and this was recommended, took it home and put it to work, I first vacuumed the floors and then mopped and the floors were spotless. very surprised and very pleased.

With four cats, it's impossible to ensure that there is no fur or cat litter on the floor before I mop. With this steam mop, I don't have to worry about it. It picks up the loose stuff before running it over with steam.

We have 3 cats and a dog and needless to say they have their share of accidents. This is a great product for sanitizing/cleaning the area with the steam clean feature. The vacuum is decent, but you're likely better off sticking to an actual vacuum for heavy cleaning.

Good-pads easy to take off put on, ability to use disposable pads, little vacuum good when you missed something. Not as good-vacuum is not for whole floor, mostly spot vacuuming and mop does not steam as much as other mops.

I wanted this appliance for some time. I used to clean my floor with an Orek cleaner; however the Orek does not have a sweeping capability. I love this appliance and glad I got it. It is perfect for my floor.

This was a life-saver for me and my floors. I only have to do one step to clean my floors instead of two. My back bothered me from sweeping and mopping, but no longer. This steam vac makes having clean floors easy. I would highly recommend. A++++++
