I have mostly tile floors and only one room of carpet and this product works greatly on cleaning the tile better than any other I have tried

Works and cleans just fine. I recently replaced all of the carpet in the house and wanted a high-end mop to go with it. Just wish it had more of a cleaning surface area for the large rooms.

I hate sweeping the floor because of the whole dust pan thing. I've had a few floor sweepers but I prefer ine that can sweep & steam. 1 item 2 functions. Winner! It has good suction and it doesn't take long for the steamer to get ready.

This is one of the two best home cleaning machines I've ever bought. The first is my Shark Rotator vacuum that I bought at Best Buy and the Symphony Pet by Bissell! I have 8 dogs in my home and these two machines keep it to where you can't tell

It steams your floors and disinfects while vacuuming at the same time. The vacuum suction is stronger than your regular Bissell Symphony. It saves you so much time cleaning your floors

It really didn’t do a good job and my hand was killing me from holding the button in to have the steam feature on constantly

I think the steam mop works ok could get alittle hotter to clean the floors better .probably good for a new floor and no kids lol

Love it!. It's cut my cleaning time in half. It has lost a lil bit of suction but still works great! Doesn't leave a sticky residue like others I've tried.

The BISSELL - Symphony Pet All-in-One Vacuum and Steam Mop is a good intermediate between mop and vacuum. It does a decent job of picking up almost any dirt. It does a good job of steaming, but doing both at the same can be messy. As advertised on the box it can do both simultaneously, but it becomes mess if not done right. It is a decent steamer, but one can find a better product in its price range.

I was hoping with the hot steam that it would clean the grout better but it does clean the tile very well!!! Like I said before it's ok for the price not great!

I was so sick of having to vacuum or sweep then steam clean my floors. This is perfect for pet owners. Highly recommended!

Great steam mop. Glad I read reviews. Vacuums small crumbs, spills etc. Cant believe how much it cleans when the floor doesn't look that dirty! Great product.

My son bought a new home that have only wood or tile floors. So I got them this as a house warming gift. They live it and it works well on all their flooring

My shark steamer died. Did some looking around for another steamer and found this one. It is a wonderful device. Works better than the shark I had. Does exactly what it supposed to do. I love it.

This all in one package really gets the job done. Steam mop and vacuum your hard floors at the same time. It does not fall short on cleanliness either. Superb product, would definitely recommend.

I can walk on my floors without being extremely grossed out! This steam mop is a life saver to any pet owner! I have a puppy and a small dog and my place feels cleaner than it ever has!

This steam mop is a good idea, but it's a little difficult to use. That's why I only gave it 4 stars.

Did quite a bit of research on hard floor cleaners and decided this was the best option for my needs. Was sceptical about steamers, but this one lived up to its advertising hype.

I absolutely love love life be my new bissell vac! Perfect for hardwood and tile. I definitely recommend this great vac to all!
