I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting your camera to record everything that you want it to. There is a chance that you can troubleshoot this some within the device's settings within your Blink smartphone app. If you tap the 3 dots icon located within the preview of your Blink camera, and then navigate to Device Settings then you can check on the device's Motion Sensitivity. This will get your device to trigger motion events more frequently causing it to record more often. If this does not assist in resolving your issue, then I would recommend contacting us directly at Blink Customer Support via the Contact Us link in the Help Menu under Settings. I would advise that you do this while onsite with your camera for the best troubleshooting capabilities. I do hope this gets you the assistance you need and that you have an amazing day!

But the Blink Mini Camera is not a good camera at all. The app will not show me "Moments" or let me rewind a few seconds. When I do click on moments, it states there's 10 but the page is blank.
