You can only communicate with support techs via email. Overall the pictures and recordings are clear even the night vision. You get alerted everytime it detects motion.

It has a great picture clarity, easy to set up and has allowed us to calm our dog when she had separation anxiety one evening.

I should have splurged and spent a little extra money to get a blink that will record from the moment it picks up movement. I do the love size and the easy installation
