The camera comes separate from the base in the box. You just have to snap it to the base. Setup is easy and on the app it has directional buttons, so you can view in every direction. Works great.

This camera works very well and was easy to set up. The video quality is clear, and the pan/tilt feature makes it easy to see the whole room. I like being able to check in remotely and get alerts when there’s movement. It’s compact, quiet, and does exactly what I need it to do. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it for home monitoring.

Endlessly grateful for the individuals at Best Buy that helped tailor a guide for my family on what camera was most suitable for our needs. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of the rotating features, steadily and surely marking every movement- we never miss a notification with our personalized sensitivity sensors to movement. Not only can I sleep sound knowing my family is safe, but my camera is too! (Get the protection plan, I promise it’s worth it).

I purchased the Sync Module with the tilt security camera for my mother's room at John Knox to monitor theft that had been occurring. Both were easy to install and PERFECT for the job! The only area for improvement would be restoring a deleted occurrence.

Super easy set up and easy to add new cameras when you realize you need one. I ended up buying this extra one for when we travel so we can check in on the airbnb and the pets when we aren’t there. I can scan the room easily and listen to sound clearly. I can also talk to my animals

I set up my first of 4 cameras purchased. The view is a little fish eyed but the field of view is great! The motion of pan and tilt is a little jerky but that's okay at the price point. Setup was a breeze. I verified it recorded my motion and compensated for darkness and light well. It seemed great in my garage but the next day I have no recording of me getting in my car and driving out of a one car garage via the blink app. That was the whole point! I confirmed that it's armed and set to record on motion. I've also since learned that they are extremely tricky to set up with Google home and require a 3rd party IFTTT app that has horrible reviews that state it too requires a fee. I get it that Amazon wants to protect their turf but can't we all just get along with the consumer in mind? Go ahead with your corporate fights but leave me out of it. Sadly, I'll be returning these.
