If you notice your batteries are draining faster than you'd like, there are some handy tips to help stretch its life and troubleshoot any issues you might face: Try reducing the motion detection sensitivity to avoid those annoying false alarms. Setting up activity zones can help focus on key areas, steering clear of high-traffic spots. Shortening motion clips saves space, while lowering video quality can help save battery life if you don’t need crystal-clear footage. Also, cut down on Live View usage, especially in high resolutions, and make sure your camera and hub are in places with a strong WiFi signal for the best performance. They pick up fine and they are placed around 1 acre apart. Cameras work really well.

It is not easy to use without the subscription with cloud storage. The option to use a thumb drive is cumbersome with no thumbnails available and the file is not saved immediately to the drive.
