Blink customer service is awful, 2 days for their initial response and then 24 hours between responses. they do not have 24/7 support and the support they have is useless as they just send the articles that are available online. I have been dealing with the issue for two week and wanted to return the product however Best Buys return policy is absolute garbage because you only have 15 days.

I had multiple people trying to help with no success. It still isn’t working. Any support costs with both Blink and Best Buy. I will never recommend this product.
