cameras activate but nothing is saved in the recording. Blink customer service is awful, 2 days for their initial response and then 24 hours between responses. they do not have 24/7 support and the support they have is useless as they just send the articles that are available online. I have been dealing with the issue for two week and wanted to return the product however Best Buys return policy is absolute garbage because you only have 15 days.

The set up directions are terrible. I had multiple people trying to help with no success. It still isn’t working. Any support costs with both Blink and Best Buy. I will never recommend this product.
