Very satisfied so far. Has an excellent warranty, cleans carpeting well, and having a larger dust bin for less frequent dumping is great. Remember to copy serial number first, because it’s on the back of unit itself which will be hidden by dust bin

I wanted to love this vacuum so much. I was waiting for a long time to get a self emptying robot with good mapping skills. It was easy to set up, seemed to be made of quality materials and came with a couple of extra parts like a filter and brush. The bag it came with seemed like it would last a pretty long time. It did have a great way of mapping out the environment and it made for easy spot cleaning. It found the dock and did very well at avoiding obstacles and never got stuck under furniture. When I noticed however, that the suction didn't seem to be picking up as much dirt or dog hair as my cheap $60 robot vacuum I upgraded from. Finally I figured out that it only has ONE brush and no matter what I did, it was constantly falling off; I would run it while I was busy doing other things or not at home and I would come home to the rugs still dirty and it missing its one brush. I checked to make sure that it was on correctly, secured properly and wasn't defective. I went through the extra brush that was included in the package and never did find the original one after losing it somewhere in my home. Overall, I had to return this vacuum as it was not cleaning nearly as efficiently as my cheap one - probably because it simply could NOT keep its brush head attached. :(

It seems good, but the rotating piece keeps falling off, and it has fallen down the stairs multiple times now

Excellent purchase, was a little skeptical only because I have a dog that tends to shed hair, but it seems to be doing the job!

It does a good job vacuuming the opened area. However, the brush keeps falling off, and it doesn't seem to pick up some loose dirt/shredded paper despite high setting.

Haven't used it yet, but the assembly went OK, and it will be put to use soon, my wife and I are old seniors and can use the help,because all we have is carpet, looks good all setup and ready.

This purchase was a gift for my son and daughter in law. They are very satisfied with their robot vacuum. I already own a Dustin which has been performing beyond our expectations.

Really like the mapping feature, our floor is large enough to use the rooms feature whoch makes runs and scheduling very convenient

First time purchasing the Bob sweep and it has been working great. Easy to set and connect to wifi. Has allowed me to do other chores while the Bob vacuums the dust in my home.
