Bought the bObsweep PetHair SLAM Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum Cleaner for my home and it's been a game-changer! The midnight color looks sleek and modern. With its Wi-Fi connectivity, I can control it from anywhere. It's perfect for pet owners as it effortlessly cleans up pet hair. The SLAM technology ensures thorough cleaning without missing spots. The battery life is impressive, and it navigates around furniture with ease. Setting it up was a breeze, and the app is user-friendly. It's a bit noisy, but the results are worth it. This is my first robot vacuum so I don't have much to compare too but I like it so far. It doesn't have super strong suction on carpet but it does work well on hardwood floor. It seems to map things well and be able to get itself unstuck however it will get stuck on any cords like phone charging cord. I do like the app and how you can make it go on your phone. Or you can tell it to clean a specific area on the map. The battery seems to last a long time and the price was really good.

Works great! It doesn't get stuck under things as often as my previous robot vacuum did. Covers the area well and picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair. Battery life is great and Austin always makes it back to the base. Purchased on Deal of the Day sale.

I was informed that this would be an addutuon to the family. A time saver, and it has been. Set up was easy for my wife, and she never sets anything “up”! App works well with “bob”, and he cleans the floors like very well. Transitions from wood floors to area rug, regular rug rooms, and basically navigates around dinning room chairs, ottoman, sofa the works. Then when bob is tired, he goes back on his own pad and rebots till he is needed. His work schedule is everyother day at our house for the most part, he may get called out daily if needed. Please note that we have 2 big dogs, 2 cats, and a big parrot, and thats if the kids are not staying with us. You can add another dog to that list. We tend to go In and out to the backyard alot, and traffic from those that have 2 or 4 legs really adds to alot of dirt getting tracked in. The hair the the pets leave is just ridiculous. Those with hairy 4 legged friends know what im talking about. Those moment that the sun hits the floors at that precise angle on those wood floors. It just makes the house feel, well unclean! My wife is so much more at ease with the floor situation, she wants to add another bob upstairs. I want to get the model that can wash floors but would have to fo more research to see if our floors would be able to withstand the process. Bob has been a wonderfull addition, and with the Geek Squad Total Tec program i dont worry if he gets sick. I was told the squad will doctor him up good as new. Its kinda makes me feel special when i talk to the “squad”. Shout out to my son Eric (geek squad utica MI) who said that this was a great giit for mom, and telling me that the Geek squad Total Tec was a game changer for anyone that has electronics in the home. Seriously if you are on the fence, take this little guy out for a spin. Let me ask you, “how much is your time worth?” Right?

Works a lot better than my old robot. The LiDAR system enables it to move through rooms with a purpose. It cleans a room in a linear fashion and moves on to the next. It does get stuck sometimes and also can’t find its way home other times. It also go past it’s blocked zones sometimes too. Dust bin is a little small

The Phoenix is great! I enjoy not having to worry about sweeping now that I live in an apartment with laminate floors. We are all enjoying being able to watch the Phoenix do its job live and on the map when it’s out of sight.

I got this bObsweep - pethair SLAM because our labrador retriever sheds a ton. Bob works well and using the app to draw no-go areas is really easy. A charge cleans up about 1100-1200 sq ft in our house without any problems. The dustbin hinge did break on ours after about 8 months. I contacted the bObsweep and they took care of it immediately and got a new one out to me right away. Great communication too and they even followed up to make sure everything was working well again. I did get the product on sale so to me it is really good value. Running it 1 to 2x a week keeps everything looking good. Robot vacuums aren't magic so folks need to understand that they will occasionally run into issues, mostly because it'll suck something up that it shouldn't. The vacuum will let you know though and it usually takes less than 30 seconds to remedy and get it going again. The algorithms on the bot are really good because it can always figure out how to get in and out of tight spaces, and never gets stuck like old bots did.

Love Bob!!! Been a huge upgrade to a previous knock off brand we bought off Amazon. He cleans well, he maps the layout of our house, hes pretty quiet, and he goes home on his own. Great purchase!

I love the Phoenix Bobsweep. For my purposes it does an excellent job of vacuuming my hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms. I have 2 cats and the amount of hair and litter tracking it gets is awesome. I love the fact that I can program the days and time to automatically run. It has no problem finding its base and returns automatically after it finishes. It has totally replaced my upright vacuum.

This robotic vacuum has truly changed the way I approach household chores. The ease of use is remarkable, with simple setup and operation. Bob is great. First impression is good. The SLAM feature did an excellent job mapping the house. We’ve had another brand and it constantly got stuck throughout the house. We’d routinely have to go play hide and seek with it. Bob hasn’t gotten stuck once and can clean the whole upper floor in one run. The map feature that shows Bob’s location is a nice touch. I’ve found myself just watching it move through the rooms as it cleans. lol. I have it scheduled to run at different times during the day based on access. Kids rooms’ door stay shut once their home so it will run while they’re at school. I’ve had a couple different manufacturers and this one is by far the quietest of them. The mapping feature is good. You can designate the rooms and set no go zones. We have steps and the robot recognized them and avoids rhe edges. I went ahead and added a no go zone but didnt need to. Overall I’m impressed and don’t regret the purchase. We bought it online and had it shipped to our home. Bob arrived with a personalized birth certificate, nice touch. He’s definitely earned a place in the family.

Easy to use. Picks up cat hair very well. Finds its way home easily. Only downside is the debris holding chamber could be larger. But it’s easy to dump

This thing is great. I love that there is an app so I can literally turn it on when I am not home. It tracks where it goes. Lasts a long time. Its the best robot vaccum i have ever had. Gets all the pet hair too.

This is a great robot vacuum for the daily deal price paid. Easy to setup out of box and immediately began mapping my place with surprising accuracy. It's auto-mapping feature works great and ability to customize cleaning schedules with specific areas of your house is really convenient. The bin needs to be cleaned out every couple days if under heavy use, but I have no complaints there. The vacuum generally does a good job navigating with its Lidar tech and has no issues moving from hardwood to carpet. It does however occasionally get stuck under furniture that is just high enough to fit under and needs to be saved by a human. Only happened with one of our coffee tables and was an easy fix installing small risers to the furniture. BestBuy shipping was kind of a nightmare with this product, took several weeks to actually arrive, but it was apart of the daily deal so maybe it was in high demand. Overall I enjoy the product and it was exactly what I was looking for in an smart vacuum.

Basically no complaints. Works well! Comes with extra brushes and doesn't get tangled up in chairs. It disassembles for cleaning fairly well too. We have six cats and I've often had to remove the front wheel and main brush to pick all the tangled hair out. The unit will think it's clogged if the bits can't turn easily enough. Comes with a second set of whirly brushes too. The app builds a map of your space and won't drop itself off the stairs. You can control it through the app too. As with any vacuum though, you need to prep your space before running it. Pick up cat toys or Lego or anything that will tangle the brushes or high center the unit. I also block off the bases of our sofas and recliners, as Bob can drive underneath and get stuck by the sensor thing on the back. Would buy again. In fact, I would buy another one for my basement if I could get one on sale.

This is a great little bobsweep. Everything about it works great. My bedroom is always cleaned at 10am each morning. The machine is easy to clean, no hassles, scheduling is easy with the app. If for any reason it stops, it will let me know and I can solve the problem. I love the mapping also, it shows me what is does everyday.

Great robot will clean the whole floor. Does a better job of not going over the same spot a million times so it saves time as well. Smaller dust bin than our other robot but still does a good job. Things I would change. I wish there was a remote for it which there isn’t. Wish there was more that 2 power settings. Other than that it does get stuck but that’s our fault for not picking stuff up that it can get stuck on. I do like the No sweep zones that’s handy. Overall pretty good robot. I like that when they sent it to us they put a birth certificate on it and named it Bob (our last name not going to put that in the review) which was cute

Well is it perfect? No. Does it get all the edges? No. But this BOB picks up so much. I can not believe it. I had the original Roomba and was not impressed. But I am impressed with this one! I keep running it and it keeps filling up with pet hair that I do not even see. I'm wondering where it's getting this pet hair from?? Lol. I have tile floors on first floor with 9x12 rugs. BOB just bobs around from rug to tile to rug with no issue. This is a great purchase. I love BOB...
