So far Bob has been doing a great job cleaning our floors. He seems to do well on carpet, laminate, and tile. He does great keeping up with our shedding pets. The mapping is fantastic! As is the ability to mark areas Bob needs to avoid. However, he seems to do a good job at gently avoiding obstacles. We have another robot vacuum, a basic model, that seems to bang into things a lot and easily gets confused about where her charger is. Not Bob, he does his job and goes right to the charger when he’s done. The option to clean either a section or one room is great. I can tell him to go clean a room and then go do something else without babysitting him. Our other robot has been put into the one room we have with a step down into it, so she can’t get lost or confused. Meanwhile, Bob has run of the rest of the house. He can be set to full power or with low power mode he saves energy and can clean more. We’re very happy with his battery life and other benefit is that he comes with a 2 year warranty. We got Bob on a daily deal for a great price!

This is my 4th robot vacuum and it is by far the best one yet. Went from a roomba knockoff to a real roomba to a samsung that costed more than this one, and the Phoenix is better, and quieter. The technology is amazing. The way it maps out your house and you can control where you want it to go and not go is my favorite feature. The mopping attachment works great too.

Phoneix arrived a dew days ago, and was delivered with a fun message. Bobby has been put hard to work multiple times. He has done a good job of vacuuming, creating a map of the house, and maneuvers very well around. The app is very user friendly. The app lets you see the map that has been created, edit the map, create a schedule, start/stop Bob, or run a quick clean. Very impressed by the vacuum so far.

I purchased the bObsweep Phoenix Nov 2, 2023 and it was delivered on Nov 8th, so I’ve had it a little over a week. So far it has lived up to expectations. The app was easy enough to figure out and I have been able to do an initial mapping and then set the no go areas. The only thing that I noticed that was a minus is the size of the dust bin and filter. They appear quite a bit smaller that a previous robot vacuum that I was using (different brand). Overall I would give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

This is the first robotic vacuum I have purchased. It is amazing! The features it has are great and allow for a very clean floor free of debri. It is able to transition from carpet to wood with ease. The app is great and allows for viewing where in your home bob is cleaning. It will also let you know if there is an issue with bob. Through the app you can schedule daily cleaning.

My new Phoenix is doing great. I love how you can segment out rooms within the app and create schedules per room. I can have my kitchen cleaned every Tuesday/Thursday, while my living room is cleaned every Saturday evening. It's great! Also, Phoenix is so quiet! Seriously, I don't know how it gets so much off the ground while being so silent. Happy with my purchase, 9/10 robot!

This is the first time that I have owned a Robot Vacuum "BobSweep Phoenix" and we were amazed! It cleaned every corner of our house. After it finish cleaning, we checked the dust chamber and it collected a load of dirt and hair. It is awesome. I would recommend it to my friends.

We’ve owned a couple different robot vacuums; iRobot, Shark, ILIFe and the bObsweep Phoenix Pet Hair robot vacuum is the best one hands down. It maps perfectly and manuvers effortlessly through our 1200sqft home. We have cats and it’s truly shocking how much hair it picks up daily. We run it every afternoon while we are at work. We have carpet, tile and wood and it switches flooring without an issue. Easy to use app and easy to empty. Pricey definitely but we got ours on sale and could not recommend it enough. We love how it gets the hard to vacuum areas, under our bed and under tables and dressers. Its also extremely quite for a robot vacuum. Id recommend being there for the first time it maps just to make sure it doesnt have any issues, but so far I dont have any complaints. We do have to lift up our cats tunnels otherwise Bob will mob it under them and push them around. If you are in the market for a robot vacuum do yourself a favor and pick up a bObsweep. You wont be disappointed!!

Very impressed with how far robot vacuum cleaners have come. This mapped the open plan house very well, and editing into areas/rooms was easy. Pro-tip save the map once it's properly mapped (in case you move things around, like at Christmas. You can block out areas (very useful if it 'sees' through a patio door for example). Battery life great. Cleans well (two cats and one dog). Great purchase.

Amazing. This machine is user friendly and it really cleans. I program it to clean to rooms at a time and it doesn’t miss a spot

This is my first purchase of a robotic vacuum and Im pleased with this one. I have a yellow lab which means vacuuming everyday or so but with Bob just program and let it go. It does seem to pick up pet hair very well, I have it on the lower level of my house. I like the mapping although i have set it to low mode clean the entire downstairs ( two rooms( and it works.

Worst robot vacuum I've owned. Returns to the charger about 10% of the time. Short time actually vacuuming, dust bin is small. It's a shame since it cleans well when it actually works. There's just no use in a vacuum that perpetually falls asleep after 20 min in a random part of the house. It also does not make a sound when it is stuck or the battery is low so I have to crawl around looking for a dark colored robot under furniture or corner of the rooms. I've left maybe 3 reviews in my life, so bob has really made an impact for the wrong reasons.

Very impressed. Easy to use. Does a really good job on my tile floors that have lots of pet hair and sand.

Love my new robotic friend. It took some time to set up his routine and boundries but now is flying through his chores daily. Only time I intervene is if I need a quick pick up in between and then i just send him to the specific area I need his help

Our bObsweep has changed our lives. My wife was skeptical, but now that we have a robot vacuum, her outlook has completely changed. The little guy has been so helpful keeping our area clean. The app is easy to use and understan. 10/10 would recommend any day.

This is my second robot vacuum purchased from bObsweep. I personally have a Dustin model which self empties and was so impressed I knew exactly what I would buy when my mother in law said she wanted a Roomba for Christmas. Here's a quick breakdown of why I like it: 1. She was able to set it up herself, only needing help getting the rotating brush attached. This alone is amazing as she is the least tech savvy person I know. 2. The instructions and setup are very simple and easy and I love how they package the product 3. It does a far better job at picking up hair from their German Shepard than her hand help shark vacuum Her only complaint was having to let it do a new mapping cycle after christmas since she moved half the house around. Also it did get caught on an area rug with long tassels. Overall, she is very pleased

This vacuum does a great job with pet hair. It's easy to get setup, mapped out house perfectly, and gets all of the German shepherd tumbleweeds from around the barstools and chairs. I highly recommend it.
