I like the way it washes the dishes very quiet and they come out clean but I hate the fact that it does not dry the dishes at all and I've tried the extra dry button and jet dry the dishes are wet and everyone at bosch thinks that's ok

The speed 60 setting cleans better than the pots ans pans setting on our old dishwasher.

I bought this as an Open Box item. I was looking forward d to using it but sadly not all the pieces were there. I considered trying it but ultimately returned the item and purchased a new dishwasher of another brand.

It took 3 hours for it to wash my dishes & go through the drying cycle. After the drying, my dishes were still very wet. So we had to shake all of the items in the dishwasher and leave it open for several hours or take out a towel. It ranks top of the line in quiet… so quiet that you had to look for the little light display on the floor to go off. And since there is no door display, if someone else started it, I just didn't know when to expect it to end… which I needed to know so I could determine if I should go to bed or wait to shake my dishes and leave it open for the night. This dishwasher really needs a display! I found it very hard to organize/fit my Correlle dishes, pyrex bowls, cups etc. The rack is just not right for fitting everything in there. Also, on the top rack, there was a racking area in the front to the left that was really hard to use except for small lids. I couldn't fit anything in those tines. So if I didn't have lids, it went empty because you couldn't fit a cup over them. Very inefficient. It also could not fit my pot on my bottom rack as there wasn't enough clearance. Again, I couldn't fit anything in there except for my plates or just a bowl if you put the tines down, but then you couldn't put your dishes there. Really, those tines should be halved so you could have more flexibility. I really can't say anything good about this dishwasher. Even how quiet it was presented a problem without a display to let me know when it finished. I returned this dishwasher in two days. But, I had to keep it for 2 months because the dishwasher I replaced it with was on back order for that long. It was a very LONG 2 months. So, I gave this dishwasher an ample amount of time to grow on me (never did) or to learn to love it as I gained experience in racking everything that went in the dishwasher (never happened). I do not recommend it and cannot understand how Bosch gets great reviews as my experience is far from that of others. There is nothing that I liked about this dishwasher. So happy for my Frigidaire Gallery 24" Tall Tub dishwasher that is wonderful in every way. I have used it now for 2 months and it is far superior to the Bosch.
