Love the third rack, but it does limit the height of items you can put on the top rack. A little disappointed this doesn't have the quick adjust rack height that the App is constantly trying to show me how to use.

A Big Letdown From A Longtime Bosch Owner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 3rd Bosch dishwasher that I've owned in the last 20 years. The first two I loved. Rock solid, really well built, quiet, reliable, with easy to use controls. Sadly, this one has almost none of those qualities. First off, the build quality is REALLY poor. Everything inside the dishwasher is made of *really* embarrassingly thin plastic. The trays are small and very flimsy. I tried to adjust a tray and stopped because it felt like it would just snap in my hands. The controls are also a big step back. While there are most of the options you could want, why is there no indicator that the cycle has completed, and the dishes are clean? That's a huge omission to me! More than once I've gone to the dishwasher, not remembering whether I ran the cycle or not, opened it up, things looked clean, and started taking out dishes only to see that it clearly hadn't run yet. Yuck. And finally, in terms of performance, it does clean the dishes pretty well, I have no issue with that so far, except that it leaves them pretty wet when the cycle ends. There is an option to dry it more, but it's ineffective. Even selecting that option, the dishes come out, let's call it "damp". I definitely regret getting this dishwasher. Bosch has let me down.

Little disappointed on the connectors that come with. I had to buy a whole kit for a single elbow connector (what a waste!!) considering the waste on parts and time looking for them, I might take that into account on my next purchase?!

The top drawer prevents larger cups/saucers from placing on the top rack. The bottom rack layout is not user friendly and limits how many items you can place in it. IT DOES NOT DRY THE DISHES AT ALL. I feel it was a waste of money and I will probably end up buying another dishwasher. It works and cleans fine but just doesn't work for my household and the amount of dishes we use daily. I should have went in person to see this dishwasher before purchasing.

It’s quiet, but that is because the insulation is made of bitumen (asphalt) — a toxic material that has been classified as a human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Caner. Since installation, the unit has been off-gassing a strong chemical smell that’s unbearable at times. It’s disturbing to think that our dishes and our home are being exposed to these fumes. This information is not disclosed anywhere on the product page, yet many other customers online are reporting the same issue. We expected better transparency and safety from Bosch.

Same size as our old one but somehow holds less, does NOT dry dishes unless drying agent is used-who wants to have to spend more for harsh chemicals?? Tried everything to make this work for us, I was so thrilled to find a reasonably priced Bosch. Don’t waste your money.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature.
