Same size as our old one but somehow holds less, does NOT dry dishes unless drying agent is used-who wants to have to spend more for harsh chemicals?? Tried everything to make this work for us, I was so thrilled to find a reasonably priced Bosch. Don’t waste your money.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. Absolutely the worst designed rack I have ever see

I could load virtually all of my cupboard in the Whirlpool, but because of the tiny spacing, there is no room for bowls without just leaning them against each other on the top. Large bowls - no fit at all. I can maybe fit 60% of my former load and am stuck with cleaning some items by hand. Search the web for reviews. People hate it. I have real buyers remorse.

The dishes are wet wifi connectivity sucks

The dishes are so wet still. Ice called multiple times and was given all these different tips to try but it’s still wet. The cups have to be short or they tip over on top. I might be requesting refund and getting cheaper one

Child lock feature!

I have no idea what idiot designed these racks. They are good for thin flat plates only, just try to get a bowl in right. Throw away the silverware basket, you won’t use it since the racks limit how much you can put in it. I am going to try to re-engineer these racks to be useful.

Bosch upgrade
