Still working to find best loading technique but overall very pleased with cleanliness and quietness. Also am attempting to not rinse dishes before loading and quite impressed with the results.

We don't load really heavily soiled dishes, but they aren't generally rinsed off, either. i only gave 4 stars because I don't like the racks, which don't hold the dishes in place very well.

The install process through Best Buy’s outsourced labor was terrible. They incorrectly attached the water line which led to my kitchen and basement flooding. The geek squad was able to help rectify that issue but neither best buy nor the thrid party installer has been responsive in my attempts to file a damage claim.

Only thing I do not like is the smaller utensil holder that barely holds anything. Previous Bosch builds had larger storage for utensils.

Whisper quiet. I also didn’t expect to like the app but it’s nice to know how much longer the cycle has.

It is so quiet that we hardly know that it is running. Best Buy had the best price -plus they were running a special with free delivery and hauled off our old dishwasher. Both the salesman and the installer were outstanding. I would recommend Best Buy for all of my electronic needs.
