First Bosch dishwasher and so far been pleased. Quiet, washes well and feels higher quality than our previous LG.

The dishwasher is one of the Best Dishwashers I have owned and I have had several. So far it cleans and drys pretty darn well. I am pretty judgmental on products so giving a 5 star is saying a lot. Great Dishwasher!!

It’s so nice to have clean dishes again! It takes a bit to get used to loading the bottom rack. The tines are very angled which makes loading bowels a pain. Otherwise no complaints! Love it.

We love our new Bosch dishwasher. It is very quiet. They silverware rack at the top does take a little bit used to, but it is an efficient use of space.

Cleans well but plastic materials does not dry so great. Also the rinse aid seems to not stay and leaks out of the compartment

We had some real challenges with our previous dishwasher. Bosch is by far the best! Worth every penny. It’s quiet, efficient, and very functional. For reference: We had a kitchen aid prior and it kept having issues.

I invested over $1K in buying this dishwasher as the higher investment was supposed to give me best quality possible - after running it only one time; the device literally stopped working and flooded my house - Bestbuy was extremely fast at responding to the problem and they installed immediately a replacement. The installers said that a problem with this dishwasher is very rare and that perhaps somebody dropped it and caused internal problems in the aparatus. I have not tested the new machine as I have been away from home. But the frustration I went thru was totally unexpected after spending more than $1K for what was supposed to be the best quality possible in the market

Looked up reviews and recommendations for good dishwashers and tgis one rose to the top. It has met and exceeded our expectations. Its our first Bosch purchase.

This by far is the best dishwasher I have ever had. It ACTUALLY CLEANS. I've finally joined the modern world and have a machine washing my dishes for me now. Thank you Bosh and Best Buy!

Replaced my old Bosch which had lasted over 15 years, spend the extra cash if you want quality and longevity of your appliance

This dishwasher is replacing a Bosch diswasher that I had for 17 years. I like the new style and love how quiet it runs. I hope it lasts for 17 years just like its predecessor.

Note that I selected "yes" for "recommend to buy" because you must select either "yes" or "no". This machine replaced an LG machine that I put out of its misery at three years old because of poor design leading to a $500 repair cost… Anyway, family member had good experience with, and appliance technicians recommended a Bosch. Pros: I love the programmability;,sanitation; built in water softener, and cleaning ability. Cons: The dishracks don’t allow for good loading, and only one set of tines on each rack can be folded down. The Bosch racks seem to be about 80% of the size of those in the LG it replaced. I’d rate the Bosch 6/10 on the racks. The silverware rack is a disappointment. We can barely get silverware handles through the spaces. On this issue the LG was superior. This makes loading and unloading slow and difficult. I’d rate the Bosch 3/10 on the silverware rack. Bosch you can do better.

I wanted to love this dishwasher, especially considering how much I spent on it. But unfortunately I can't. I wasn't given a heads-up on its need for salt (?!?!) or *always* wanting its rinse aid reservoir filled. I also thought it would have the "cycle finished" light on the floor - nope. To top it all off, the inside seems smaller than my previous dishwasher. Now for the good parts: it looks really nice, I really like the third rack, and it does seem to do a good job getting the dishes clean (which is its JOB, and so did my last dishwasher, so....). I just hope it ends up being worth its cost.

The con: Not as quiet as my last dishwasher- which was a $1300 GE (but not intrusively loud) The pro: It gets my dishes clean on the first run every time, and much better at drying.

Installation was smooth, the app connectivity is handy, and I genuinely feel like I’m getting my money’s worth every time I run a cycle. If you want reliable performance, quiet operation, and thoughtful features, this is the one

Upgraded from a different model that was installed that was making enormous noises. This model was an exchange and you hardly ever know when it is on.

I was looking for a new dishwasher after having issues with my Samsung dishwasher. After lots of research I found that Bosch was one of the best brands for dishwashers. This dishwasher is great, my dishes have been spotless and dry and it's very quiet. I wash dishes at least once a day and they come out perfect everytime. I've been using the rinseaid as recommended and dishwasher liquid pods.

Functionality and silverware rack is the best. Also, more important it runs very quiet which is crucial when running at night to reduce cost of electricity.
