I am very disappointed in this one. The upper tray for cutlery is not useful. I may remove it. They did not get clean and you can only put a certain size in there, in a certain way. The dishwasher is noisier than my older dishwasher. It does not dry unless you put the extra dry on. The cleaned dishes actually comes out with water all over the inside and dishes the morning after you use it so by putting on the extra dry thing, then that eliminates most of it. But you shouldn't have to do that. The inside is not done well like my other one, and there is a small square container for silverware, and it doesn’t actually fit in the dishwasher well. You have to just kinda shove it between rows it’s not very well designed. The stupid lid would only hold a straw so i am keeping them flipped open. If I had to do it over again I would not have bought it. I did look at reviews first, but i should have investigated It clean ok but very disappointing. The installation team was great and Best Buy did deliver on time

It is quiet and cleans everything well. Our last dishwasher sadly only lasted 2 1/2 years. Bosch is made like appliances use to be. Thank goodness!

Installation took under 30 minutes with clear instructions and no extra parts needed. It runs whisper-quiet—you barely hear it, even in an open-plan home. Dishes come out sparkling every time. Best appliance upgrade I’ve made in years. Highly recommend!

It does a wonderful job of cleaning the dishes and silverware. Love the top rack for the silverware. Runs quiet and has a shorter cycle for quick washes.

Does a great job washing, all glass items are dry, but plastic items stay damp. Overall very pleased, was a bit concerned about loudness at 48 db but no issue at all, They arrived on time and were careful during the installation, I was charged for additional drainage air gap parts even though I had existing that was not told to me while purchasing the machine

The extra rack is a bonus! The only downside is that Best Buy subcontracts their delivery service. And the delivery process was a nightmare & Best Buy can not step in & help with this process.

Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. Posted .Hi, thanks for the review. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature.
