It's been about a month and so far so good. The fridge is very quiet. The water and ice work well although the ice making is a little unpredictable. My only complaint would be the quality of the drawers which feel low quality when opening and closing.

Not sure if its the refrigerator or who assembled it, but the doors are not hung even both in height (and depth as they do not close tightly) and the crushed ice feature does not work. That being said, love the look and there is a lot of inside storage for a counter-depth in both the refrigerator and freezer sections.

Hope you don’t want ice

At first I loved this refrigerator but within about 2 months the ice maker stopped making ice and gave error code E2. We had to wait a few weeks for a Bosch repair person to replace the ice machine. It worked for about 2 weeks and broke again. No ice and a very loud knocking sound that was heard at all hours. This time we aired one month for a repair person to replace the ice maker. Within one week, the 2nd ice maker stopped producing ice, the knocking sounds returned and the E2 error code was back. Now we are asking for a completely new refrigerator and have been waiting on a reply from Bosch for over 2 weeks. If this is not rectified I will never purchase another Bosch product.

I’ve never regretted a purchase quite as this one right here. After having this fridge for 5 months, we’ve been having this loud knocking sound coming from the ice maker. Now the ice maker completely stops making ice. Living in Vegas ice is essential and this fridge isn’t even a year old. PLS RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS STUPID FRIDGE. One of the main reasons we with Bosch is because they claimed to be the quickest fridge to produce ice. Reading recent reviews completely proves otherwise.

It is okay...we settled on it because it fit into our space that was 70 inch high and the 800 series was 72 inches...which is what I actually wanted. I am glad that I realized it before it was delivered.

I have two problems with the unit: the interior lights are weird when I open the doors it is like entering a cave. There are only lights on the two sides. It needs some more lighting. Second, the interior is shallow. The overall size is the same as what I had before but there is less usable space inside.

Not the best design inside. A month later and I still can’t figure out how to arrange it. It cools well, it looks good. One other thing is, the doors don’t shut well unless you make sure they are closed. By the time I get the notification you’re already miles away from home.

We are very happy with this refrigerator. Good layout inside, with plenty of room for tall bottles or cartons. Generally very quiet - most noise comes from the ice maker, which is common. We are happy with our purchase!

It was delivered 8/16/2021 and it's only been a few weeks, but very good so far. The water/ice dispenser makes a popping sound after each dispensing, but not an issue so far. Very, very quiet which I like a lot!

The ice maker has broken 3x in 1 yr. There are only 2 ppl in my home so it’s not due to wear and tear. We have also had a mother board replaced. It’s been one thing after another with this refrigerator

CHOOSE ANYTHING BUT A BOSCH REFRIGERATOR. Owned refrigerator for 2 months and the ice/water dispenser stopped working completely. Water from melted ice leaked everywhere because, unbeknownst to us, the flap between the freezer and the dispenser opening is stuck open. We had to fabricate a temporary styrofoam solution to prevent additional melting. It broke on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Called Bosch service line that was actually open on the holiday only to be told that they have NO FACTORY SERVICE TECHNICIANS in the Las Vegas area and cannot help us directly. Had to wait until Tuesday to contact a local company. Technician had to order a replacement part and we are still waiting. We have been forced to buy $2 bags of ice daily and bottles of water. Our $10 ice chest is proving to be much more effective than our $3,000 refrigerator.

Works great! Love the counter depth, French doors and freezer drawer. The in door ice and water dispenser is a nice feature. Has Wi-Fi connect ability to get status updates, like the ice bin is full.

One of the best ones on the market. Have the guys from Best Buy do the install and it will be worry free! Only thing is filters can be a bit tricky.

Refrigerator was pretty good for first 10 months. I have a warranty issue with the ice maker. I went through the service providers the manufacturer provided and no one will do the warranty work. I called the manufacturer and they also are having trouble finding someone to come out to fix. Very frustrating. I am in a large metro area.
