Our old dishwasher was noisey and very unreliable. The new Bosch unit is virtually silent and the dishes come out sparkling. Well worth it.

This is the quietest and best designed dishwasher we’ve EVER had!!! After 50+ years in 6 different homes that’s saying something.

The dishwasher cleans dishes, kitchenware and utensils to a brilliant shine. It is so quiet when it washes, the best of knowing it is on is by the red light it shines on the floor! The touch sensitive controls are easy to use. The significant negatives in the online reviews I read were about the lack of proper drying. I have not had this problem, but I have used the "Extra Dry" button when I use the dishwasher and the cups, dishes and utensils have all come out dry

High volume dIshwasher has three racks. The top shallow rack gives an option for flatware but I prefer the basket on the bottom rack for flatware. My dishwasher does not remove peanut butter from the middle or top racks for some reason. So knives have to go on bottom. The shallow top rack works well for spatulas and the like. The start and pause operations have taken a bit of time to understand. Otherwise it is a good dishwasher.

Fits perfectly in my kitchen layout, has quite a lot space for our daily cooking utensils. Lives up to being very quite.

at 44 db, you need to see the red light projected on the floor to know its on. Cleans the dirtiest dishes with ease.

Very satisfied with our new Bosch dishwasher. It does an excellent job at cleaning the dishes and is very quiet as most reviewers testify. It doesn't dry the dishes as well as those washers with a drying element, but we knew that going in. Hand drying is minimized if you can run the dishwasher in the evening and unload the next morning. Even with this negative, I would not hesitate to recommend this model.

We previously bought a high-end dishwasher that would not clean slightly dirty dishes--we had to scrub them all before putting them in the dishwasher. This Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher actually cleans the dishes. We simply scrap off the big things and the dishwasher does the rest. Saves my wife and I a lot of time. Wonderful.

Best Buy sent qualified plumbers to install the new dishwasher. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. There were no issues with the installation. The machine itself is exactly what was expected. Its quiet, flexible in loading and seems to work well. It replaced a 16 year old Kenmore Elite that started rusting. I hope the Bosch lasts as long as the Kenmore Elite.
