    Did not clean as well as my old bosch dishwasher. It has a poor bottom rack design with the 2 different sizes of racks perpendicular to each other instead of parallel. It died 11 mos after purchase.

    After spending almost 1300.oo for this dishwasher package, the installation went smoothly, but I noticed that night the dishwasher and dishes were soaked after the cycle completed. I tried the extra dry, nothing. Called the BB Geeks. They told me there was nothing wrong with it, and that I need to use Jet dry. I told them that's the first thing I put in it. He said it was empty now and try again. (How frustrating!!!) Jet dry helps the drying cycle, NOT makes it dry ~ how stupid did he think I was...) Not happy. Returning.

    Little smaller internally then our last dishwasher, even though dimensions are the same. Does not dry dishes as well as others.

    Returned Bosch Dishwasher and change to LG model - My previous dishwasher was a Boasch (same model) bought 2014 and it didn't last long, so when we ordered another one and it wouldn't dry our dishes properly, and yes, I tried all the different settings - so we decided to try a different brand. Disappointing all around.
