Had service check several times, dishes come out wet even with extra dry, during rinse leaves food particles on all dishes that drys on and has to be washed again before utilizing, seems to be getting worse with time.

Unit is so quiet, we don't even know it's on. I like the heated feature for sanitary reasons. Thanks.

After much research I selected a Bosh dishwasher. I'm so disappointed because it doesn't dry anything! I'm returning it for a KitchenAid.

The control display stopped turning on within 2 weeks of installing this unit. Nothing happens when I press the on button and yes, I've checked the fuse box, read the manual, and spent a couple days troubleshooting. I could not reach Bosch service for help for a brand new unit. The help line just puts me on hold for 25 minutes, then hangs up on me. In my area, it cost me $300 to install the new dishwasher, and $200 to uninstall and haul it for return. I learned the hard way that Bosch dishwashers are not reliable and Bosch does not stand behind their product. This lesson cost me $500 and a month with no dishwasher.

Based on positive experience with our previous Bosch dishwasher, we purchased this model for our new home. After only 4 months of use, typically just 3-5 times per week, it malfunctioned -- just days before our holiday out-of-town visitors arrived. It displayed error code 15. Nothing helpful in the manual, had to search the code online to find out it indicated flooding. Got a Bosch repair appointment 5 days out. Repair man came today, diagnosed malfunctioning water intake valve, and told us that THE PART IS ON BACK-ORDER. He had no idea when the repair part would be available! We called Bosch customer service who said the part is not back-ordered, they have it in their warehouse and were shipping it 2-day air to the repairman. Overall poor quality product, and poor/misleading service.
