I like the dishwasher very much.States 44 dbs. Seems a little louder to me. Has a high pitched noise during spin at certain cycles. Looks incredible in the kitchen. Nice to have really clean dishes!!! I never had a dishwasher clean so well. Easy to set up dishwasher settings ie. Rinse aide amount etc. Happy with it. Contacting bosch about noise though. Lost a star for noise.

I did quite a bit of research before buying this dishwasher and overall am very pleased. This dishwasher is so quite, I usually don't even notice it's running! It does a great job cleaning and I love the very top rack for flatware and other cooking utensils.

Purchased based on reviews and recommendations from others. Does a great job cleaning and is very quiet. However, consistent with other reviewers there can be an issue with it smelling bad. Also, previous dishwashers had a heated element for drying and heating water. This one does not and dishes are wet after a full cycle even if left to dry overnight. I am also having a difficult time figuring out how to best load the washer as the tines limit how large things can be loaded.

Great delivery and installation by Best Buy. The dishwasher is extremely quiet and the dishes come out very clean. Only four stars because it has a bad odor when closed up for an extended period.

I owned a Bosch dishwasher for 15 years and only bought a new one because my previous model was white and I wanted stainless. I chose the 800 series because of the options with the storage racks and the design of the front of the washer. The dishwasher has performed as expected, it very quiet, I like the red light to let you know its running. It does a great job at cleaning the dishes. Some item will still be wet when the drying cycle is complete, but that has always been the case ever since I have owned a dishwasher. Lay out of the racks inside are very functional. For me there are way to many options for how one would like to clean there dishes, but their there if you need them.

So very quiet compared to the 25 year-old Whirlpool it replaced! The only noise we hear is when the water drains into the sink. The third drawer keeps all those small & odd items (lids, utensils, etc) in one place and gets them clean.

This dishwasher is super quiet, really can't hear it all. Cleans the dishes very well. Love the 3rd rack and all the adjustments they are available in the racks.

Bought this dishwasher unit as a floor model. I had been researching lower end Bosches and had heard many good things with regards to performance and longevity. I can say that compared to the older KitchenAid i had installed previously, this Bosch is much, much quieter to the point where I'll accidentally open it only to discover that it was running. Dishes ended up clean with minimal pre-washing although they end up better when Jet dry is used. I haven't used any of the other settings the dishwasher offers, so I think even with the basic setting it does a plenty good job.

Nice dishwasher, well designed, works well and is very quiet. Shelving is adequate and will take full size diner plates and well as ice tea glasses in the med level shelf

Everything I read about this dishwasher was true. It holds a lot of dishes, accommodates different size dishes, Super quiet and cleans great!

We upgraded the dishwasher (return/exchange) of the bosch ascenta which is some ways is better than this 800 series. To be honest the only 2 advantages that the 800 has is the 3rd rack and the stainless steel tab. Would I recommend it? The answer is yes since it's a great Bosch product, now would I keep the Ascenta than the answer is yes as well, but be a smart shopper and learn the difference between the models yourself as the blue shirt sales reps don't know the difference between the models.

The latest Bosch dishwasher replaced a 10+ year old Bosch dishwasher. After these 2 purchases I feel that I will never again need to research ratings as Bosch will be my choice going forward. Not only does it continue to be extremely quiet in our open kitchen, it does an awesome job cleaning the dishes. We leave it on AUTO most of the time. I really like the addition of the silverware drawer on the top. It evenly spreads out the spoons and forks etc ... never again stuck together utensils.

Love the dishwasher, but there were a few things that stood out. Installed it myself. While the equipment provided is good, the drain line is short, and unless you are right next to the sink, plan on having to extend it. One of the sales points was we were told if you use the soap pods, you are supposed to put it in the upper tray bumpout and there was a special jet on the rotary sprayer designed to activate and use it. Not even 1 word or mention of it in the manual. Wife will not use it. :( If it is a design feature, then mention it Bosch. Seems slightly smaller than our old Kitchenaid, but better, and certainly quieter. A light on the panel would be easier to see than on the floor. We had problems getting the loads dry when using custom setting, if we use "Auto" it comes out fine, but we should be able to select "Normal" and not suffer rust or wet dishes. Like the top 3rd tray for silverware. Definitely take the silverware tray out of the washer for precious room. Great looks and quiet. 2 big bonuses ! Wife has problems getting it going at times, but I never do. Overall, a good product, but I would not say great. I do like it and will not return it though.

Very good installation experience with Geek Squad. Very quiet - quieter even than our previous Bosch dishwasher. We can also pack more into this than our previous Bosch dishwasher - the top silverware draw removes the need for those bulky tubs, which frees up a lot of room. Really important to keep the rinse aid topped up (otherwise things don't dry well) - fortunately it tells you if the level is low.
