Controls being hidden is different. Can't see timmer to see how far into the cycle. Dishwasher is quite.

The dishwasher itself is nice and quiet however the drying is not very good. The actual door is very flimsy, not what i would expect from a 900.00 appliance. It does a good job cleaning dishes. Also the bottom rack for stacking the dishes is very awkward, not a great design.

Great unit cleans very well and you can hardly even hear it running

FINALLY our quest for a good dishwasher is over! I cannot tell you how happy I am to find a dishwasher that actually CLEANS the dishes. This is our third dishwasher in 3 years... the other 2 (GE & Maytag) were complete disappointments. I read so many reviews I was getting frustrated and who do you trust considering the first two machines had good reviews? We are a busy family that doesn't have enough energy to hand wash dishes before putting them in the dishwasher (call it lazy if you want, but we work full-time and run a business, besides isn't it called a dishWASHER?). We needed a machine that actually cleans the dishes. Nothing else was even important. This D/W has a filter that is super easy to find, remove, clean, and replace - we're talking within a minute you're done. Does it dry the dishes? Yes, but I don't care about that. We can't put our biggest cutting board in it, but I don't care about that either. I just want to put my dishes in, push a button, and put them away when they're done. This machine is perfect for that, with lots of features we haven't even used or figured out yet. Have we had a couple dishes that didn't come clean - yes. It was because we loaded a little heavy or overlapped too much. I can live with that when 99% of the time everything is clean. We're so happy with this Bosch after all the other issues we went through to get to this point. So glad to be done and will definitely buy Bosch again - without a doubt.

It has a light that shines on the floor so you can tell when it is on. It does a great job of cleaning the dishes, but typically takes 2 hours to run an "automatic" cycle

Thought we were getting a great deal when we decided to purchase this open box in excellent condition item. It was discounted due to a dent in the front door. I wasn't concerned with that as you could hardly notice it once I got it home. I was told that everything was included with the dishwasher, only to find out we had to order an electrical cord to install the dishwasher which ended up costing us an additional 50 bucks. Ok, now we install the dishwasher and nothing, did not even turn on and it was professionally installed. The plumber said it had to be a defective one. Now BB only gives you a 14 day return policy and at this point it had been 3 weeks due to having to order and wait for a part to arrive, so I call the store to see what we could do at this point and get the rudest associate that ever lived and she just about hung up on me. So I get in my car and drive there which was a 45 min ride. I speak to a manager who did issue me a refund (being an elite customer you have 30 days to return), but refused to honor the sale price. I did not want the discounted price, I would of bought a new one and paid the difference, but he refused to honor the sale price that the dishwasher sold for on that day. The sale was over and he couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say we are without a dishwasher, and will continue to look for a sale at sears. I would not recommend buying from this Best Buy store. Totally not happy.

After 3 months the washer needed new circuit boards. Dishes don't dry well and it is difficult to arrange dishes. I never thought I'd say I miss the whirlpool gold I had.

I am constantly challenging this dishwasher to see what it can't clean. Baked and dried on food on the dishes come out surprisingly clean. The third rack is great for silverware and utensils which means the basket can be taken out of the lower rack leaving room for pots and pans alongside plates. The racks are very versatile allowing tall stemware and tall plates to fit in the same cycle. This dishwasher is also very quiet. It is hard to tell that is even running.

This dishwasher did not clean the dishes. The soap was still in the top basket at the end of cycle. Tried it 3 times. Still the same. Did not like this model. I do like Bosch dishwashers. My old one I loved, worked well for 8 years. I have a different model Bosch now and it is fantastic.

It was an open box special. After it arrived and was installed it turned out to be DOA - bad control board. Without the open-box pricce it costs about the same as the Kitchenaid that was top-rated by Consumers, so I went with that.

Bosch comes with its own kit. Best Buy makes you purchase an additional kit. I am done recommending Best Buy

I'm a Kitchen and Bath remodeling contractor and when it comes to picking out appliances, I highly recommend the Bosch 800 series to my clients. I've never heard a complaint. This thing is so quiet that you have to look for the light to know for sure. I'm writing this review because I'm here to purchase yet another one for a project. My wife has now demanded that I buy her one by the end of the summer and my Best Buy Elite Plus points will be well spent.
