Poor Rack Design

I wanted to really like this dishwasher but somehow it fits so much less than our old dishwasher. Even though it is similar in dimensions, the way the racks are designed make it very difficult to load efficiently. We have to run the dishwasher 2-3x more than the previous one because of the poor design. So far it cleans well and is super quiet. I did think this one had auto air which I really wanted, but it does not. I thought I read somewhere that it does, but that's my mistake.

This dishwasher does not dry very well even with the crystal dry technology. The top rack fills up very fast, but the bottom is very roomy. The 3rd rack has some very nice expandable features.

Purchased this at an amazing price, installed myself and was shocked to finally start the machine and not hear anything. I dont mean in the next room, I mean in the same room! You will hear faint sounds of water occasionally, but for the most part this thing works silently in the background! Love it!

Amazing how clean it gets my dishes no matter how dirty they are. Love it!!! Used to have to clean my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher now I just have to put them in and let the dishwasher do the work it is actually supposed to do. Also very highly rated with Consumer Reports

A whisper quiet dishwasher w/ quirks

The not so good: we're not happy with the way racks (don't) handle glasses, coffee cups, etc. Awkward. The terrible: we don't know if the dishes are clean or dirty - there are NO indicators other than a red floor display ONLY while running. Not informative for a followup person. We've now added a magnetic sign to assist in that determination; a simple Clean lite would have been preferable. Overall I'm sure we'll adapt. I'm unsuccessful in adding a picture, multiple failures (and now reduced to postage stamp size).
