    Good speaker, but App is a nightmare to install; with no instructions; also speaker does not remember volume levels set. Great sound as expected from Bose.

    Great for PICO Projector

    The speaker works great with my PICO projector. The reason it didn't receive 5 stars is it has trouble automatically finding the connection, and it usually involves a quick manual intervention.

    This is a very loud speaker. The app is very unresponsive at time and the instructions to set up via WiFi are a bit confusing. That's why I gave it 4 stars, however the speaker itself is very impressive.

    A pair of ST10's had mediocre sound

    After much stumbling around, using an online manual not included with the speakers in the box, got them to function as a pair in stereo mode. Compared to a pair of nice but not expensive earbuds, the sound quality was a distant second best. One could turn up the volume more than enough if desired and a strong bass was present at times. But not worth the money fer shur.

The SoundTouch 10's are engineered on a small form factor which does have an effect on output.     Love the sound of this small system! I was not impressed with the lack of instruction on how to use the system. I'm in the "50" age group and Bluetooth is still somewhat a mystery. Found better instructions from someone who owned a system.

    We purchased 3 for sound throughout the house. Always been a fan of Bose sound and this did not disappoint. What I found frustrating was the lack of documentation for set up. I'm still struggling with WIFI connection to my IPad, so I'm connected via Bluetooth. Also frustrated that for Spotify you have to have a paid version to use the Bose App.

    Great sound but drops internet. No idea how to link with sound bar. 2 page picture "instructions" made no reference to linking. Haven't called Bose as I don't get home from Work before they close but will eventually. Tried website but not effective to search instructions.

    Fantastic speaker , miserable setup

    Getting speaker to connect to tp link router was very difficult , Used app and Moto G4 android 7.0. tried all trouble shooting steps in manual , app and website. Searched Bose forums , and ended installing Bose app on Win 10 PC , connected with usb cable and it synced with router 1st try. @@@@@@@@ router was found using phone app , but couldnt connect ? @@@@@@@ Was close to returning it , glad I didn't . Sound is fantastic inside the house and outside in the yard. Connects easily to router when outside the house well over 50 ft. away. Have not experienced any buffering or loss of signal. Streams flawlessly for over 8 hrs. a time outside or inside. Love the preset buttons on the top , this solved wife's reluctance to use bluetooth speakers we have , no pairing , connecting and opening settings or apps. Walk by speaker hit preset and it starts playing ( or use the very good remote controller ) . We don't tend to play it extremely loud in the house but outside it is capable of very clear high volume levels without distortion, and as long as app is open on your phone , your phones volume controls speaker volume. She easily loaded all her streaming music accounts into Bose app , and easily manages all playlists and stations from the one Bose app.
