The screen is too small and there's no storage, so we had to go buy an micro SD card and a battery. This started out being a good value, but ended up being more expensive than expected. Not a good buy.

Right out of the box this unit did not record. It kept saying "no card' as it shipped with no SD card. I followed exact instructions to playback recording as it says it will record everytime it is turned on. It failed to show me anything. I called customer service and was transferred to god knows where and sat on hold for 17 minutes. This company is a joke and I will be returning this product.
