1) Right cost for my budget ($100.55) w/ vehicle mount and wiring harness included in price.
2) The mount and wiring harness automatically populated when I added the car stereo in the cart, so that helped save time for research.
3) It took me almost 4 hours to install, because I had to modify a couple of things like the factory bracket installed in my 99 Toyota Tacoma X-Cab. It didn't exactly match the holes on this Boss stereo, so I had to bend a couple of teeth on each brackets. I didn't have to use the rear bracket that came with the stereo. I also spent some time researching on whether the green-white wire on my truck was supposed to be connected somewhere. I ended up leaving it alone, as well as the orange-white wire on the wiring harness. It all worked out! The wiring harness has awesome color coding and label on the wires so that helps a lot with matching the wires properly.
4) The stereo itself got the essentials that I need; bluetooth being the most important of all. It has hands-free calling also, that or I can just use the bluetooth - works about the same. It also has one USB port and one SD port. BT linked fairly quick.
5) Ordered it around 2am on thursday and got it around 3pm the next day. Credits to BB for the quick shipment!
* BTW, there's an option for free installation from GeekSquad by appointment but I opted out because of the wait time. I figured I'd just do it myself, since it's just for a 20-year truck anyway - shouldn't hurt right! Lots of resource online - Youtube is your friend! =)
