So they give you these magnetic sticky bars to go the back of your phone and they kept falling off of my phone. Now I was using a case on my phone so maybe it sticks better to the back of your phone I dunno. I also couldn’t use my pop socket. Not for me!

I bought this and have been using it from almost 1 and half years. The phones get charged pretty quickly and the stand sticks really well.
But the magnets for this product needs to sticked to you phone case and those magnets wear off pretty soon. Because of that there is no way we can use the stand without them. Also, they don't stick well on some cases such as leather etc.
Those magnets are not readily available as well.

This item is a piece of crap..a total waste of money for me. It does not charge my phone most of the time and the suction cup it has that is supposed to allow it to stick to my dashboard in my car does not work. It always comes undone and falls off of my dash. I hate it. I am looking for something else somewhere else. Will never buy anything like this again from Best Buy. You all need better quality of products for what you charge for them. 60 dollars down the drain for me. If I could of given it 0 stars I would of. Very disappointed with product.

The product is nice. Magnets are strong. The only problem, is that the magnetic strips that you attach to your phone are thick. So, it create a significant gap. This prevents the wireless charging feature from working with my phone. This defeats the purpose of this particular mount. If it was just a magnetic phone mount, it’s great. But, wireless charging feature, is why you bought this. And it doesn’t work.

Magnets are terrible and fall off the phone constantly or stay stuck onto the mount. Doesn't wirelessly charge at ALL and the mount isn't even that sturdy.

I decided to go with the vent mount option and have played with it in several places on my dash to find the least used vent and best angle. It is easy to put on my phone on the magnet but I’m not sure if it will bounce off if I were to hit a bump in the road. I’m still testing it out. I like that it’ll charge my phone with Ike on the mount as well.

The charging itself works well and it attaches great to the car however the magnets are not strong so inorder to hold up a phone (even with no case on) you have to either get a case with magnets in it which hinders the charging or attach the provided magnets to the back of your phone or a slimmer case which looks and feels awkward. Also the adhesive on the magnets are not great.

Don't buy if you have a bigger phone. Overpriced, crappy little magnets. There's better magnetic mounts available that are better quality and cheaper than this one. I returned it.

The vent clip for this charging pad is designed very poorly and failed within a week of using it. I don't have the receipt or box, so I can't return it. The charging pad works ok, but just know that the magnetic strips that go on your phone will need to be superglued to any case you may have on your phone or they fall off within 24 hours. A great idea, but poor design, quality, and execution. I will be trying to engineer my own solution so that I can maybe salvage the product.

I bought this with high hopes. I have an iPhone 8 with Qi charging capability. This unit comes with two metal strips that line on the outside edges of the phone so you can still use the wireless charger. Great! However, these metal strips are extremely thick and prevent most cases from being used on the phone. Also, the magnets inside the mount aren't powerful enough to keep the phone secure while driving. Even minor road bumps cause your phone to fall off. I returned this product within one week of purchasing. Bracketron needs to go back to the drawing board on this one.

Hi, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear that your magnet strips wouldn't fit inside your case! If you try applying them outside of the case, you should have better luck with the magnet's strength. It works great and it's easy to put together the only problem we had was, if you don't put your phone directly in the middle it wont charge. So when you're driving around it will kind of knock it and it wont charge.

I love the style of this charger. The tan color is a great option! Though nice, my note 9 charges very slowly on this. Seems to be slower than when plugging directly in phone or even on my wireless charger in car. I continue to use though; it keeps me off my phone when it's charging.

Worked really well at first, but then had to move it and the rubber parts came off so now doesn’t sit in car vent at all.. phone has to be in precise position to charge. Won’t fit in my new truck’s vent so I’m sad..got a good 1-2 month use out of it before I had to throw away

Every thing works good. Magnets are strong and wireless charging is instant at attachment. The whole thing looks bad though as it is very bulky and the magnet bars which you put on your phone look terrible and are bulky so hard to get a case around them.

I wanted a wireless charger for my car so when I saw this one with car charging capability and I could lay it on my nightstand it was a win-win, or so I thought.
The suction cup rubber was just useless! It wouldn't retain holding in the car neither on glass windshield or the dashboard. Then the metal strips it comes with that you attach to the back of your phone eventually loose their grip and your phone just suddenly drops off!

I love this charger. I like that it's magnetic and holds my phone securely in place while charging it. I have a LifeProof case on my Pixel 3 XL and even though it doesn't usually rapidly charge my phone with the case on, it still charges just fine. The one drawback that I have is that I have to position it correctly in order for it to charge. If I don't find the sweet spot it will just serve as a holder. After using it several times, however, it has become second nature to know exactly where to put it. Overall I think it's a great product, and I like anything that will reduce the amount of times I have to plug the phone in and put wear and tear on the charging port.

Magnets did not stick to phone case. Had to super glued them on. However, magnets not strong enough to hold phone and first good bump dislodged it and phone went flying. Also it does not always charge wirelessly. Have to remove cord from the charger and put it directly into the phone. The vent attachment worked well but overall, unsatisfactory, especially for $30.

The charger/phone holder itself is doing what it’s supposed to do and it looks good in my car (not too bulky). The only problem I had was that I didn’t want to have to take my case off every time I put my Samsung S9+ on it; that kind of defeats the purpose of the magnet style over the clip on...convenience. It came with a magnet for these larger phones, but that would not keep my phone on the charger with the magnet under even the pretty thin case on my phone. I ended up buying a pack of various size magnets sold for this purpose, and one of them did the trick. A bit of added expense, but ultimately worth it.
