Some promotions say it is compatible with a stylus pen, but I found this not to be true. Also, I wish it had the new SSD drive but thankfully this unit is upgradeable to switch the hard drive to Internal Solid State Drives (SSD)

Make sure you rinse off both your dash / windshield as well as the rubber on the suction cup of the mount in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. This should do the trick! The wireless charger is strong enough it charges through a water proof case. Only draw back is the metal bars had to be super glued because the provided adhesive would fall off the plastic phone case. The magnet holds the phone securely in place.

The magnet is very strong while the wireless charging gives you convenience as well as piece of mind!

But the truth is, the magnet mechanism is pretty easy to get off center and have the phone fall, and the magnets you have to mount on your phone are also easy to do wrong. Worse than that, the Qi charging that's the whole point causes the metal magnets on your phone to get extremely hot and uncomfortable to keep on your pocket right after use. Go for a grasping/pinching mechanism to hold your phone in place instead, there are much better options out there.

I had to return one because one of the pieces got stuck and I was not able to change from suction cup mount to A/C vent mount. Not easy to remove.
