These are great earbuds for the music lover in your life. My husband can’t stop raving about how well they hold there charge and how much music they can store.

The Bragi Dash Pro earbuds were not in stock and were ordered online from the customer service counter. The ordered item was received according to the due date recommended. The package presented to me appeared factory sealed, and undamaged. Out of the box I found no volume coming from the left earbud. I reached out to technical support and found them to be friendly, but could not get the left earbud to produce sound. After searching the web I found similar challenges with the Bragi Earbuds. I read / watched numerous youtube reviews and there was no mention of the challenges. I returned the Bragi Earbuds and settled for Samsung Gear Icon X 2018. Where the Gear Icon X may lack in both features and an occasional drop off, the ear buds did function right out of the box. thumbs up for Gear Icon X Sorry Bragi I will look at your Earbuds in a year or so.

Never heard of Bragi until I purchased these truly wireless buds. I can say that I really do enjoy them for their purpose however there are a few things that I feel need to be tweaked for the price point. (1) the bass should hit just a little harder. I get it though, these are noise cancelling so they shouldn’t be but so loud being that you are getting direct sound in ear but I feel a tad bit more base wouldn’t hurt. Also that were scratching sound when you hit max volume isn’t cool either. (2) I have moments of people telling me I sound like I am underwater when talking To them. I actually took my original pair back thanks to the Best Buy warranty because I thought they Were faulty. They may have been because it still happens just not as much. Or maybe I still have a faulty pair some how hmm ?? (Scratches head) (3) charging is cool but sometimes the color indicators throw me off. I’ve had times when I have place my buds on the ports in the case and they were not charging. When I try to use the They were dead. I also wish these had a form of fast charging added to them. They seem to charge quite slow. I’ve noticed that when I pick my buds up while they are in the case and should be fully charged they still flash blue. Granted blue is the color that indicates fully charged but are they still charging when I see it flashing like that. That’s all my negative points. A few plus factors in my book are They are so comfortable. That fit in so perfect ykunalmlst have to check to see if they are there. Periodically. Hearing People is amazing oh and the ambiant sound mode Is awesome. In my opinion aesthetically Head are the hottest thing on the market. Definitely a sleek low key design unlike the Protruding Bose truly wireless All InAll it’s a great head set though. I’ve tried to find reason to take them back and get something else however I still have them which says a lot. Great piece of tech and hopefully within the next gen or maybe with an update my minor issues could be tweaked.

I BOUGHT THESE EARBUDS BECAUSE I WAS LOOKING FOR A NICE QUALITY WIRELESS EARBUD INSTEAD OF WEARING MY STUDIO BEATS ALL AROUND.SOMETIMES YOU WANT ALITTLE MORE CLASSIC LOOK INSTEAD OF BIG AND BULKY, PLUS MY FRIENDS WAS BUYING SOME CHEAP ONES OFF OF WISH, AND I WANTED TO SHOW HIM THAT SOMETIMES IF YOU SPEND ALITTLE MORE, MONEY,QUALITY IS BETTER THAN CHEAPER.LOL...!! INSTEAD OF GOING INTO DETAILS ABOUT ALL IT CAN DO, I’M JUST GOING TO SAY, IT’S NOT A WHOLE LOT THEY CANT DO. PORTABLE 4g MUSIC STORAGE AND PLAY WITHOUT A DEVICE, THAT BLOWS EVERYTHING AWAY RIGHT THERE. HEAD GESTURE TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND TO PLAY MUSIC,HAS AN APP, CAN UPDATE,CHARGING BASE,AND SWIPE CONTOLS ON THE EARBUDS,AND AUDIO TRANSPARENCY TO HEAR YOUR SURROUNDINGS WHILE JAMMIN...!!! So I would start off with the Pros. The sound quality is really good. They fit snugly using the silicon covers. Being able to store music on the device was definitely one of my reason for purchasing in the first place. Cons. So after unpacking the device showed the buds were fully charged. After going through the instructions you are prompted to update your device. So updating the device is where the horror begins. The ear buds though magnetic don't fit properly in the charging cradle. After getting them to finally sit properly I started the update. Halfway through the process, I received an error code. Two hours later with multiple computer restarts, unplugging and plugging in the device, removing the ear buds, wiggling, pushing... I was finally able to get the device working again. This was a very frustrating experience. So after having tried them all through the morning, I am not too impressed. Buggy tap functions that either work or don't. Constantly having to place them back in the cradle to reset before trying again. Both ear buds have to placed in your ears to function. The transient sound functions work ok, but when talking sounds like you are in a tunnel at times. Now the kicker, the Itranslate is not exclusive to Braggi, and there is a free version which is unbearable with the ads, and the pro version comes at a cost. So for the price and all the issues not so sure the value outweighs the current bugs.

Don’t know if everybody else is having the same problems or if mine are faulty but 2 things that would of made these perfect for me. 1 I always have to set the master volume up on the app. Why can’t the master volume settings be saved so I don’t have to deal with that every single time I turn them on. And 2 I like wearing only one of them at the gym since I work out with the girlfriend but every time it disconnects from my phone after 2 min of playing. Then I would be forced to use both at a lower volume. If these problems would be addressed and fixed it would be awesome. If not then they would be a waste of 350 dollars.

Love my new Bragi ear buds. These were exactly what I wanted. I had been eyeing these for sometime and finally made a purchase when they went on sale. They are comfortable, sound very good and the charging case allows me to take them with me everywhere!! I have not used these in the water but I like that they are waterproof in general. Very happy with my purchase.

They work good, good features, good distance, easy setup. Updating to latest software took a bit of time. When it came to listening to music, is where these fell short. The sound quality with bass tones was about as good as a basic headphones. I returned them 24hrs later I couldn't justify the price vs sound quality.Bragi needs to work on the sound quality vs price point, High quality tech for sound is a must at this price point. Also the volume didn't go as high as my wireless beats gen-1 semi-wireless I was trying to replace.

High quality buds and case. Audio transparency works very well. Fully waterproof with no issues as I routinely shower in them.

I searched for a long time to find the "right" earbuds for me. I love the ideas of truly wireless, but I was afraid they would not stay in. These are awesome! Extremely comfortable and secure! There are many fit options to choose from. I love the features and the 4d menu is amazing! You don't even have to touch the buds. My only concern is that I wish they had a fuller, richer sound. They are a little flat.

was hesitant to buy it at first from the reviews on Bluetooth quality but I have to say These are amazing. great sound quality no drop offs of Bluetooth perfect and comfortable fit and great battery life and on top of that all the features just a tap or swipe of the earphones these were definitely worth it.

If you are an early adopter of tech, this is a great buy. There's a lot of capabilities, but it takes some work to get a handle on. They fit in the ear nicely and there's lots of tips to get it comfortable. Sound is fine, it's not audiophile, but your not gettingthat with any Bluetooth transmission. But it should have sound equalization controls from the Bragi app. Transparency mode is a nice feature and easy to use. Battery life didn't reach the hoped-for 5 hours. It's more like 3 ½ hours. And if you take it out of your ears, it's supposed to shut off. But if you keep the buds in your pocket outside of the charging cradle, it keeps draining the battery. So you need to carry the charging cradle around, which is a lot bigger than the Apple air buds. It's nice to have the OS updates. They should work on active noise cancellation. All the technology is there, just waiting for that.

The Pro version of the headphones have fixed the BLE connection issues that past users have brought up - I love these for swimming since they are pretty much the only ones on the market with internal storage for music. Running, cycling, and swimming are great with these, and I like the audio transparency when out and about. The only issue I found is that the 4D menu turns on a lot when you're active, so I turn it off so it doesn't interrupt when swimming, running, or cycling.

Overall, quality is okay. Sound is a little muffle for me. But to be fair, my last earbud was a shure 535ltd. Comfort can be improve. My ear does get a little sore after about half an hour on it. The shortcut feature(tapping ur cheek)is a little sensitive. I end off turning that feature off. I did experience a few disconnect on the earbud but not too extreme to be annoying. The slide case is not very user friendly. It takes both hand to get ur earbuds out. Also, i dont understand why the left bud has to come out first when the right bud is the only side that can run solo. As for charging, u have to really make sure it sits in right to get charge. Couple occasions, i wakeup to a not charged earbud. I did end up keeping it for the small size for convenience and the discreet look (i listen to music at work without anyone knowing. Lol) o and the waterproofing is good. I had been showering with them. Also, it does stay in very well. I never worried about it falling out. the battery, i do wish i get a % reading instead of a color code to identify how much power it has left. In conclusion, its okay if u want the freedon of no wire and hates the little ear rong looking stem the airpod has

These earbuds are extremely comfortable, compact, and effective in sound quality. They have numerous features and several that I was aware of when I bought them. I would highly recommend!

these earbuds are great. fit is perfect (has included accessories to achieve a good fit). sound is also very good for such a small ear piece. software for IOS is ok but don't really use it much. syncing between my iPhone X is easy and can switch to my Mac book pro without much hassle. only negative is when using as my phone. these buds pick up a lot of external noise, but I haven't really messed around enough to see if it is just a setting issue. I would buy them again.

Very nice Bluetooth ear buds.. Sound so good and very comfortable in the ear...

The clarity was actually very good. My biggest issue with these is the bluetooth. I couldn't get more than about 10 feet from my phone before it cut out and putting my phone in my back pocket was worse. These have good sound but did not work for me.

These are great..with lots of pros and a few cons I would’ve liked to know.. I’ll stick to a few cons here since that’s probably what your looking for before dropping the cash for these. - price. However, the only waterproof option with onboard music for swimming options & I love them. - finding the right fit was tricky. The left one actually fell out of my ear the first time I put them in and started running.. UUGH! Definitely try ALL the ear sleeves to see which will fit snug under top ear ‘lip’. I have small ears & needed medium to keep them wedged in at top & all secure. - the seal to the ear canal isn’t very tight when swimming laps...they don’t fall out (even flip turns & competitive strokes) but water slightly leaks in & seems to block sound from The ear. This is after 2 times, so maybe a dif size ear sleeve or tip. - 4d menu is taking me a bit to learn, I keep accidentally entering that mode..but love that don’t have to use hands but rather yes or no shakes to navigate! - Definitely recommend for a slightly tech savvy user...I’m still getting used to navigation. Taps, swipes, double taps, long presses..do different things on left vs right and depending on what mode or menu your are in.

I tried 3 brand name but this Bragi earphone is the best among them all, perfect fit, sounds great!
