I confess, I'm a southern girl that loves her sweet tea and I've struggled to find a tea maker that is efficient, easy to clean up and brews tea the way it's supposed to taste. I FINALLY found it with the Brewville One Touch! I use it daily and it consistently makes the best tea I've ever tasted! I LOVE it and have even thought about purchasing another as a back-up or maybe for the office. You won't be disappointed. Also, Best Buy shipped it quickly and it arrived before the estimated delivery time.

This is a wonderful product. It brews your tea to the precise time and temperature based on the tea your brewing. If it's green,black custom or a mate. It can also be programmed for auto start and you can wake up to fresh brewed tea. It also gives you times to brew stronger for a ice tea later. I love it!

Love my new Breville tea maker. I can easily customize the temperature and steeping time for the perfect pitcher of tea. It is mostly metal and glass, cleans easily and looks beautiful on my counter. More expensive and better quality than my previous teamaker which was mostly plastic and had to be replaced every 2 years or so.

I bought the Breville tea maker about 2 weeks ago and can't rave enough about it. So easy to use and love the autostart feature, having my tea ready when I get up in the morning is great! The Breville is very well made. I am so happy I bought this.

I was very impressed with the difference a perfect pot of tea makes. With this unit, I don’t have to watch a timer or thermostat in any way. Just fill your water and tea leaves and push a button. Some time or temp adjustment may be necessary depending on your brand recommendations via your tea. Don’t settle for brewing your tea all the same. Brew temps and times vary quite a bit and this tea maker is the only thing I will use from now on! Thanks Breville! Yet again another great product!

A couple of hundred bucks for a small appliance that makes tea may seem overkill but you will not be disappointed once you use it! This is the Cadillac of tea makers. The multiple options for brewing tea are impressive and it does an amazing job. I still marvel at how fast it brings water to a boil. The keep warm feature is also much appreciated to have the next cup waiting. The only negative is the staining of the bottom that seems to be getting worse. I have not researched how to properly address this staining yet but I am confident it will be a non-issue. Overall, this device brews the perfect pot of tea... everytime!

This is an awesome tea maker. The machine does all the work. You can set the temperature, basket (oscillates the tea), steep time, warm ( Keeps it warm), hot water function, timer etc.I love this machine for all of my teas. Sometimes I add fresh fruit in the basket with the teas.

Steeping tea is awesome with this machine as well as boiling water and it's fast and easy. No more pressing tea the machine does it and it does it for all different tea. Oolong, Black, White Green and there is even a custom setting.

This tea maker is extremely easy to use and makes excellent tea. Water heats up very fast and the brewing temperature is automatically controlled based on the type of tea selected for brewing. This is a relatively expensive tea maker, but you get what you pay for, the only potential downside is that the glass pitcher is not replaceable.

This was a wish come true. Have been wanting this teapot for a very long time and was in Best Buy when the price was right. It brews any tea that you care to drink at the appropriate temperature, and as little or as much as you would like for individual or the whole family. It is easy to clean. No fuss no muss. This is an excellent purchase.

Easy to use. Durable! He it for four months and brews tea to the perfect temperature based on tea leaves. Just make sure you don’t allow water outside the glass as it can drip down to the heating element connector on the bottom. It’s well worth the money!

My family loves this tea maker, simple to use. Must be carefully cleaned as not to get the outside bottom of the carafe wet. The multiple heat and steep settings make every type of tea perfectly. Worth the price, I used Best Buys price match as I found it less expensive on another site.

This is one of the best inventions ever. I use everyday. If you drink tea, this is an absolute must have. I used to use the smaller version, however I recommend upgrading to the larger version. The internal parts are of higher quality and less prone to failure

This is a great tea maker. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars is that the pot inside is a little hard to keep clean without streaks. You have to be very careful how you clean the tea maker.

This item is well worth the price, as you can set it to brew tea at a certain time, you can select a pre-programmed tea type setting (oolong, herbal, white, etc.) or program your own, and it brews it automatically...no need to do anything but walk away. In a few minutes, you get to enjoy perfectly brewed tea (up to 40 oz at a time). I'm extremely happy with my tea maker!
