I’m not really sure why people are so against this product. Maybe it’s because I only paid $30 for this but I have not been able to find a more comprehensive burr grinder for less money. The grounds are very consistent. The usability is extremely simple and especially for small amounts. This is an amazing tool. it’s not actually referring to full cups like a measuring cup when it’s talking about the capsize on the selector it’s talking about the scoop that they gave you it’s included in the box. if you’re making individual portions of whole bean coffee, this is a great device. I’ve made espresso grounds and standard pour over and it has been excellent every time. My only gripe is that the plastic cup for your grounds does break pretty easily. if you were novice or intermediate coffee expert get yourself one of these real quick before they’re all gone.

As a passionate coffee lover, I have always been on the lookout for the perfect cup of coffee, and the Brim Coffee Grinder has exceeded my expectations. From its sleek and modern design to its exceptional performance, this grinder has truly revolutionized my coffee brewing experience. First and foremost, the build quality of the Brim Coffee Grinder is outstanding. It features a robust construction with high-quality materials that not only ensure durability but also add a touch of elegance to my kitchen counter. The stainless steel body and sturdy components give it a premium feel, making it a standout piece in my coffee setup. When it comes to performance, the Brim Coffee Grinder truly shines. Equipped with a powerful motor, it effortlessly grinds coffee beans to the desired consistency with precision and consistency. Whether I'm brewing espresso, pour-over, or French press coffee, this grinder provides a wide range of grind sizes to suit my preferences. The grind settings are easily adjustable, allowing me to experiment and fine-tune the grind for different brewing methods. One of the standout features of the Brim Coffee Grinder is its large capacity. With a generous bean hopper and a spacious grounds container, it can accommodate a significant amount of coffee beans, reducing the need for constant refills. This is especially useful when entertaining guests or when I want to grind a larger batch for later use. Furthermore, the Brim Coffee Grinder operates not that quietly, which is not a huge plus for early morning grinds or late-night coffee cravings. However it preserves the aroma and flavor of the beans. Cleaning and maintenance are also hassle-free with this grinder. The removable upper burr and grounds container make it easy to clean any residual coffee grounds, ensuring a fresh start for each use. Additionally, the included cleaning brush simplifies the process even further. Overall, the Brim Coffee Grinder has truly elevated my coffee brewing game. Its exceptional build quality, powerful performance, and user-friendly features make it a must-have for any coffee enthusiast. Whether you're a beginner exploring the world of coffee or a seasoned barista, this grinder delivers consistent results and enhances the overall coffee experience. I bought the Brim - 6.4-Oz. Conical Burr Coffee Grinder a few months ago (at a reduced price/ deal of the day) and so far it works great for the price. All the grind settings seem to be pretty accurateBefore. I usually just make regular coffee in a drip machine (medium grind) but I have also used the grinder on fine setting for my espresso machine and both come out good. Before I bought this coffee grinder I saw the reviews that said it’s somewhat loud and very messy and I can confirm that both are true. So if you don’t want to spend a lot of money for a conical burr grinder and you don’t mind a little extra noise and cleaning up after grinding then this will get the job done and you’ll enjoy some good coffee.

This Brim Conical Burr coffee grinder has a wide adjustment range that allows me to grind with precision and consistency that was impossible to do with my old Krupps blade grinder. 4 stars because this is mostly plastic construction with thin metal side paneis. This is not a family heirloom that will be passed down to generations.

It will grind coffee, but frustrate you with the poor design and manufacture choices. Several mentioned elsewhere. - top bean bin has a “max” line that is about one large pot of coffee—barely. - ground coffee bin is (see photo) — made of cheap plastic to which grounds static-cling, except for some that escape in a cloud across your counter when you empty it — using wimpy platic “snap in” hinges that break — shaped in a way that looks pretty, but is actually designed to make it near impossible to pour grounds in your coffee maker - “cups to grind” selector is poorly placed and, at a minimum, upside down. Check the product photos: you cannot see the handy 6-10 cup settings because they are hidden below the knob when viewed standing next to it (see added photo for real world view) I bought it because it would automatically grind a fixed amount. It does that—but only if you “overfill” the bin, duck down to set the grind amount, and set it high because not all of the grounds will make it into the bin, and even fewer make it into your coffee filter. Brim should really have a talk with their design and usability teams—assuming they have them in house.

It does a decent/consistent job of grinding, but there are so many issues with it to make it just not a good product. The amount that can be grinded at once is small, despite the size of the machine, and the bin that catches the grind is poorly designed and spills grinds all over the counter. The grinding cone clogs with finer grinds. The dial to set how much cups of coffee you are grinding for goes much higher than the bin can hold, and it doesn't run a consistent amount of time with each use.

I went from getting a hand grinder that got stuck and couldn’t open to finding this gem, and on sale for $39 I couldn’t believe it. It works amazing, light weight but good material doesn’t feel cheap. It takes just seconds to grind my beans for espresso and can grind up to 17 cups! It’s easy to clean and compact. It’s even worth the original price sold for. I highly recommend

Small footprint on the kitchen counter. Easy to use. Does a decent job for espresso grinds comparable with much higher priced grinders . The grind receptacle design is a bit odd but acceptable.

For those looking to grind their own coffee beans a conical burr grinder is the way to go, and Brim has your back. They make it super easy to get your beans ground to perfection. Just dump, grind and add to your favorite coffee maker and you are good to go. The product doesn't take up much space, isn't that loud and literally takes seconds when in use. About as painless as possible. Most certainly worth every penny.

The size of this burr grinder doesn't take up a lot of real estate on the kitchen counter. It evenly grinds the coffee beans to the desired setting.

The cut to the chase is that the Brim coffee grinder works for me. I use a French press and need a coarse grind. I had my heart set on a Baratza Virtuoso, but reading all the reviews of motor failure and less than stellar customer service made me re-think this. I think I stumbled upon the Brim grinder via an Amazon promotion, and in looking around, saw that Best Buy had a better price, so Best Buy got my business. Again, this grinder delivers a consistent coarse grind, which has made a noticeable difference for my morning coffee. I'm not a crazy coffee person who measures grounds by the gram and waits for a precise water temp, but even I can tell the difference between coffee ground with the Brim, and what I was drinking using coffee ground up in a spice mill. It is less harsh and bitter, and even if I go nuts with a super-dark roast, it remains a smooth cup of coffee Any downsides? Yep, one. Like many grinders, this machine builds up static electricity while grinding, which means the ground coffee sticks to the collection bin, and then flies all over when I go to dump it out. I have yet to figure out a way not to have grounds scatter all over the counter. Having said that, I do all my prep near the sink, and then just sweep the scatter into the sink and I'm done; not a huge hassle, but still Overall I recommend the Brim; it works well, and at a much lower price point than some of the better known machines on the market, like Breville and Baratza.

Pros: sound is low pitched which makes it less obnoxious in the morning. Even sized grounds Hopper holds a fair amount of beans Easy to use Easily fits on counter Sturdy build and has nice aesthetics Quick grinding Settings for ground size, amount to grind, and an on off push button Cons: kind of tricky figuring out what size to use because the dial doesn’t have any references. A little messy but I have yet to use a grinder that isn’t. Doesn’t weigh out grounds It’s a great counter size grinder. Im super happy with the volume and pitch of the grinder. Nice mid range grinder.

Very happy with this grinder, which I bought to replace a Baratza that died when it got wet. Grinds quickly and evenly. Output quantity adjustment seems spot on. I do wish it could grind even finer (want to try the Turkish method). Wish the hopper was a little bigger. And wish the grind receiving bin pulled out the front rather than the left side, as this limits the unit's placement on the counter.
