The inside of the water tank or tank is marked by ounces or cups but it is dark, they cannot be seen, they are not legible without good lighting. I consider it a design error.

If your looking for a coffee makers that does more than make coffee. An is reasonably priced. Try this machine. It works very well. An would purchase again.

Decent coffee pot. Brews slow and leaks some water when filling. Inconvenient if you are placing under overhead cabinets. Does the job though.

This coffee maker is great and is compatible with different ways to make your coffee. If you have a group you can make a pot of coffee if you want to 1 cup it is convenient for K-cups

quick and tasty brew...only problem is coffee does not remain hot hot, but rather lukewarm after brewing...

My pot went out the day this was the daily special…… I had never heard of this brand. I am very happy . The video on set up makes it a breeze.

Got it on sale after my kurig stopped working and I am very pleased. Didn't think I'd use the coffee pot for multiple servings but turned out I've used it a lot

I love the design and the fact that the use of the single brew side doesn’t cancel program readiness for the pot. Will see if this outlasts my last two FlexBrew systems from a different manufacturer. I haven’t yet figured out how to turn it to a warming state when the initial cycle ends.

This brew master it does it all it brews the regular way like normal coffee pot do and it also brew the k cups also it like the best of both worlds.

ITge k cup part goes slow. I was looking for something a little bit better. I don't like to have to add water Everytime I use the k cup part.

Nice large pot plenty of features only complaints the coffee doesn't come out as strong as I like but want to change brands to see if that helpsi got it on sale for a great price

We bought this without doing our research first. We were truly happy at the time of purchase until the first time we used it. There's a lot of flaws in the actual design. The water pour spout is tricky pouring water into, due to the small opening, causing water to spill everywhere. It seemed to take a long time to actually brew 12 cups (15-20 minutes), it leaked water on the back side, causing a puddle of water underneath the maker. When you poured a cup of coffee the carafe leaked out and made a mess all over the counter. The single serve side worked well, except after the cup was done brewing would drip continuously. We actually returned it with no questions asked and we will definitely do our research before buying another coffee pot in the future. Highly disappointed in this product and most definitely wouldn't recommend it.

This coffee maker is absolutely wonderful. Easy to follow instruction, solid build, easy push buttons nad bright display. I am so pleased with this purchase.

This coffee maker is awesome a 3 in one is always better.Now I enjoy my morning coffee on a daily basis,easy to use.

I love that I can have the hotwater side and the coffee pot side and it takes the kcups when I want to use them!
