Piece of garbage

Doesn’t heat the water. The fact that it looks nice is all it has going for it. So bad I tossed it in the garbage and don’t even care about returning it. Buy something cheaper that actually works!

Annoying popping sound

Dual Brew

It makes an exceptional cup of coffee whether you're brewing ground or single cup coffee. It recently started making a loud popping noise during the brewing process which I'll have to contact the manufacturer about since best buy has such a crappy return/exchange policy, but other than that, I love it!

I am happily surprised. No problems with shipment, packaging was great, seems like quality materials. Set up was super easy, instructions easy to read and attractive brochures. i have only used the single serve at this time but works great

Option to use ground coffee as WELL as K-PODs for single serve coffee .Avid coffee drinker purchased a coffee grinder as well so this attachment is awesome if im out of K-pods!!!
